★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Doporučuji v Rock Point nenakupovat, dělají problémy při reklamacích. Konkrétně boty Garmont Toubkal GTX mají nekvalitně ušité švy a boty se nedají nosit. Nicméně Rock Point tvrdí, že na botách nebyla shledána závada. Možná by stačilo si boty obout... Bohužel mi nejen zkazili trek v Alpách, ale zároveň mne okrádají o drahocený čas. V HUDY jsem takové problémy nikdy neměl.
 I recommend not shopping at Rock Point, they cause problems with complaints. Specifically, the Garmont Toubkal GTX shoes have poorly sewn seams and the shoes cannot be worn. However, Rock Point claims that the shoes were not found to be defective. Maybe it would be enough to put on my shoes ... Unfortunately, they not only ruined my trek in the Alps, but they also rob me of precious time. I have never had such problems in HUDY.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Arogantní obsluha. Naprostý nezájem o zákazníka. Po předchozí už jednou nabité zkušenosti jsem udělala tu chybu, že jsem do prodejny vůbec vstoupila. Sama jsem se pohybovala v místnosti s oblečením. Po dotazu, zda prodavačky ani nezajímá, zda chci něco koupit, jsem dostala odpověď, že mne sledují z kamer a mé chování vyhodnotily jako nevhodné se se mnou vůbec zabývat - přes zapocelé brýle jsem si totiž v prázdné místnosti odkryla roušku.
Arrogant service. Total lack of interest in the customer. After a previous experience, I made the mistake of entering the store at all. I moved myself in a room with clothes. When asked if the saleswomen don't even care if I want to buy something, I got the answer that they were watching me from the cameras and they evaluated my behavior as inappropriate to deal with me at all - I uncovered a veil through empty glasses.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Everything went fine with renting ski shoes here. They could have better information on the opening times on the web, though, as they told me in the shop that they actually close the renting place half an hour before the official closing hours. So beware. ??
