★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Navštěvuji různé lekce pilates, jógy apod., avšak vždy jsme měla problém se správným provedením cviků. Lektorka si obvykle cvičí svojí sestavu, letmo zkontroluje cvičící, opraví nejzávažnější chyby a tím to končí. Lekce Lenky jsou pravým opakem. Každý cvik důkladně vysvětlí, předvede a případně Vás i nastaví do správné pozice. Vše s ohledem na Váš aktuální zdravotní stav a fyzické možnosti. Díky ní nemám problém jít na jakoukoli „klasickou“ lekci, protože už vím, jak správně cvik provést. Chodím k ní už 5 let a pořád se učím něco nového ?
 I attend various Pilates, yoga, etc. classes, but we have always had a problem with the right exercises. The teacher usually practices her set, checks the instructor briefly, corrects the most serious mistakes, and that's the end of it. Lenka's lessons are the exact opposite. Each exercise will thoroughly explain, demonstrate and possibly set you in the right position. Everything with regard to your current state of health and physical possibilities. Thanks to her, I have no problem going to any "classic" lesson, because I already know how to do the exercise correctly. I've been going to her for 5 years and I'm still learning something new ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lenka má lekce uzpůsobené pro každou tělesnou schránku a povahu. Oceňuji individuální přístup, důraz na detail a pohodovou atmosféru. Bolesti zad se vytrácejí a nahrazuje ji příjemná bolest svalů. :) Skvělá zkušenost, dávám 10 z 5ti hvězdiček.
Lenka has lessons tailored to each body's box and temperament. I appreciate the individual approach, emphasis on detail and relaxed atmosphere. The back pain disappears and is replaced by a pleasant muscle pain. :) Great experience, I give 10 out of 5 stars.
