Relax in Historical Prague

Avoid this place. Wifi and shower water heater not working. Bedsheets dirty.

In the middle of historical Prague. Not luxuary but convinient and friendly staff.

Fleas, dirty everywhere, no contact with the owner. I totally don't recommend it !!!

Very Dirty Place, Bad smell, the Bath and Toilet are horrible, The worst place I have been to. I left after 1 hour staying there to a Hotel.

Be warned that there is something wrong with that place. When I arrived at the place the owner demanded additional fee of 480 CZK claiming that this is because I have come at 16.10 which is too late according to her. When I refuse to pay the fee she cancelled my booking and I have lost 50 euro that I have already transferred and had to find another place to stay. To make things worse owner was very rude and aggressive.

I had a short stay at this hostel and I must say, I wish I could have stayed longer! Helena the owner was super nice and went out of her way to ensure guests had everything they needed and were happy. When I arrived I was feeling unwell and had a cough and the onset of a fever. Helena changed my room off her own accord to a quieter location to ensure I could rest, she then offered natural remedies such as pure honey and turmeric free of charge to help with my ailments. This warm welcome and kind hearted treatment was much appreciated after a long commute from Croatia. The hostel itself was clean, and had a great vibe to it. The kitchen was homely and there were free food items around. The location was superb as it is right in the centre of everything, you can walk to many of the main attractions in a short time and it is 5 minutes away from the metro which pretty much takes you everywhere. Helena also has a studio on top of the hostel where she offers a range of holistic treatments. I booked in for a massage on my last day and it was amazing! She told me of her training in India and used some lovely oils. The great service continued when I was checking out as I didn't fly until 11pm, Helena let me use the facilities still and helped me organise a taxi to the airport. When the taxi didn't turn up she helped me figure out an alternative by organising a taxi ride with a local off the street, communicating my dilemma to the driver to ensure I got there on time and didn't miss my flight! Staying at this hotel really made my trip to Prague, it costs nothing to be nice and the home touched and care shown really made a difference, not to mention the super convenient location. I will definitely be staying here again on my next trip. Thanks Helena! :)

Very dirty and old flat. Rooms toilet and bathroom was not cleaning for a very long time. We found fleas on the bed and wall. We not decided to sleep there. The owner stopped contact after our refund request and informations about very bad housing conditions !!

The owner is abrasive and demanding in her communications once the booking is made. The property is not clearly marked and is therefore difficult to find. The advertising photos are misleading - the property is very rundown and poorly kept. The mattresses are very thin and the beds creak often and are uncomfortable. The bathrooms are clean but in need of maintenance. The wifi is erratic and poor when it does work. The property is well situated but definitely does not offer good value for money.
