Excellent Hotel very friendly personnel

Went for romance weekend package. Our train was delayed but they kept the kitchen open so we could still have dinner (which was excellent). Spa treatment was just a violent bath and a massage but both left us feeling relaxed and energized, use of a sister hotel's pool is included but requires a 10min walk. The romantic meal was very nice and the room was clean and nicely furnished. The staff are very helpful and friendly, even when dealing with some fairly unpleasant guests who were also staying when we were. While I am sure you can have a superior weekend in Marianske Lazne, relative to what we paid the experience was 1st class.

I have been stayed in this Hotel 3 times during one month each stay. Year by year Hotel became dirtier because of lack of maintenance, Spa procedures became much more expensive and quality of service degraded a lot. Hotel is now specialized for pensioners from Germany so if you stay in a few rooms in this Hotel you will not get the same service as pensioners have. Sometimes you even cannot find a table in Restaurant inside the Hotel to eat because all tables are reserved. Menu is the same year by year and very decent. The cleanliness of the Rooms are moderate, you don't believe I found the same dirty spot in bathroom as I see three years ago! Never again.

Me and my partner visited Romanza recently. The price was great and the place in great location. Hotel was near to centre and singing fountain around 10-15mins. The centre was within 5mins from front door - so pretty easy. Unfortunately we did not have a chance to get into the spa/wellness procedures (we are more explore type ???… ) The apartment we lived for a while was big with super space and lovely furniture with the balcony and next door of our apartment we had outside garden. The bathroom was so good! I was very satisfied with an electric heating which was so handy when we get caught by rain. The kitchen was cool too. Only one thing I was missing. The little tea and coffee bags. That unfortunately wasn’t included even we had the kettle in. Bedroom? So good. Bed and pillows were so comfortable - there is nothing to complain. Living room was big and included a bed as well - for visitor or snoring partner ?. The breakfast was included and served in the hotel’s restaurant in buffet form. The breakfast was served from 7:00 am to 10:00 am. The best time to come downstairs is between 7:30-8:30am otherwise you won’t have a free table. We were unlucky when we came after 9ish and we had to sit outside because there wasn’t space at all. So maybe it was just busy weekend or something…. The next day was ok when we came at 9:00am exactly. If you like long evening/night walks don’t worry about the main door. As a guest you have a card key - opens main door and your room. So I was very satisfied and would come back.
