The food is not good, the staff is not very pleasant and helpful.

We visited this restaurant at noon on Saturday and only 2 guests besides us. Unfortunately, I didn't take a picture of the food, but it didn't look seductive at all. We had a turkey pocket (with camembert, bacon and mushrooms). Only a folded turkey slice and filling to look for a magnifying glass. In addition, roasted potatoes, also nothing much. As the restaurant looks lavish, the food was not worth it. We will never visit there again.

Clean and pleasant environment, friendly and helpful staff, good and affordable food. If someone wants to eat well and quickly and choose from the daily menu, then it will serve its purpose.

Simply terrible. Food disgusting, cold, a glass of beer brought a whole clothed, dirty tablecloth on the table, with dirty napkins from the guests sitting there in front of us. There is a toilet at the entrance, where they wanted to settle us, which we immediately refused because there was a stink of urine. Then we should have left.

Very good, very good on all sides. Here the guest feels at the level. The staff does exactly what is expected without unnecessary words. They are polite, service, well-groomed, professional. I certainly don't hesitate to invite someone I care about. I don't have the opportunity to come here 4 days a week, but I'm happy to come back again and enjoy a good meal, nice, spacious, clean interior with quality service. I like this place.

We ordered food from this company for the first and last time. We ordered 2x chestnut and goose with us at 12:30. We waited for food in the hotel restaurant for about 15 minutes with the waitress, who dealt with us all the time with the respirator removed. When we unpacked the food at home, we found that it was completely cold, ie that no one bothered or warmed us up during the expected 15 minutes. You pay 700 CZK to have a nice afternoon and spend half of it heating food - expensive fun. However, we were still willing to pass generously, with the food being at least good. Unfortunately, even this assumption did not come true. The meat was firm, almost inseparable from the bone, bread and potato dumplings and cabbage tasted like bought, but the worst was a dumpling stuffed with raw potatoes (see picture). Maybe if it was cooked, the potatoes would also be cooked, but it didn't happen ... But what made us even happier was the company's approach to the whole matter. The chef didn't even bother to talk to us directly, we only heard him getting upset in a conversation with the waitress that the dumplings were cooked like this (nowhere on the internet did we manage to find a recipe for dumplings stuffed with raw potatoes ...). She apologized to us for the cold food, but refused to solve the matter, saying that she had no management at work and that she was not competent to solve anything. So we wanted contact with management. When we contacted him, we were promised a refund and that we should go to the restaurant (for the third time that day ...). When we arrived at the restaurant, the lady explained to us very impatiently, unpleasantly and with the respirator still removed that we were supposed to complain about the food right away and that if we ate it almost completely, it would not complain to us (who should have known that we come across undercooked dumplings, with which the cup of our tolerance overflowed ...). That the manager would have called us back and told us so that we wouldn't have to go to the restaurant unnecessarily, didn't we ...

Pleasant environment, friendly service, choice of food and drink very good and prices very nice. I warmly recommend
