Úžasné prostředí, luxusní a dokonale "vymazlené" jídlo a především tým neskutečných profíků s neuvěřitelnými nápady a precizností, v čele přímo s mistrem svého oboru panem Janem Punčochářem, kteří jsou neuveřitelně příjemní a milí. Tohle vážně stojí za to!
Amazing environment, luxurious and perfectly "cuddled" food and above all a team of unbelievable pros with incredible ideas and precision, headed directly by the master of their field, Mr. Jan Punčochář, who are incredibly pleasant and nice. This is really worth it!

Jaké jiné hodnocení než 5*? Nakládaný sleď mne vzal zpátky do léta na německou Rujanu, křehká panenka a jemné gratinované brambory pohladily chuťově pohárky a servírování karamelového vejce mi natolik zvedlo náladu, že příště začínám oběd hezky od konce - dezertem. Moc děkuji ☺
What rating other than 5 *? Pickled herring took me back to Rügen, Germany, the fragile tenderloin and fine gratinated potatoes stroked the taste buds, and serving the caramel egg lifted my spirits so much that next time I started lunch nicely from the end - dessert. Thank you very much ☺

Jídlo bylo dobré, ale upřímně jsem čekala víc :) na to že to je restaurace někoho, kdo lidi v TV cepuje aby se zamysleli nad tím co je hodno masterchefa...tak nic moc :) jídlu se nedalo nic vytknout, ale nebylo to nic wau Nejvíc mě teda zklamal dezert, ten jediný mi z menu nechutnal. Čokoládový dortik - tvrdá čokoladová placka, hrozně sladká, navrchu slehačka bez chuti a na tom višně z kompotu ?
The food was good, but I honestly waited more :) for the fact that it is the restaurant of someone who taps people on TV to think about what is good masterchefa ... so not much :) the food could not be criticized, but it was not nothing wau So I was most disappointed with dessert, the only one I didn't like from the menu. Chocolate cake - a hard chocolate pancake, very sweet, a tasteless whipped cream on top and compote cherries on it ?

Nebyli jsme příliš spokojeni. Za sebe jsem si objednal Telecí steak se zálivkou a dodal jsem, že ho chci dobře propečený. Dostal jsem tři tenké plátky rosbeafu téměř syrové, o zálivku a stránkový nůž jsem dvakrát žádal obsluhu. Zálivku jsem dostal asi po 5' a nůž až na druhé upozornění. Jídlo pro 6 osob donesli ke stolu v rozmezí 15'. Asi bych to toleroval v nádražní restauraci, ale ne v restauraci, kde se dělá rezervace na přesnou hodinu.
We were not very satisfied. I ordered Veal steak with topping for myself and added that I wanted it well done. I got three thin slices of rosbeaf almost raw, I asked the staff twice for watering and a page knife. I got the dressing about 5 'and the knife on the second warning. Food for 6 people was brought to the table within 15 '. I would probably tolerate it in a train station restaurant, but not in a restaurant where reservations are made for the exact hour.

Milé prostředí s vynikajícím a ochotným personálem. Geniální jídlo vychucené do nejmenšího detailu.
Nice environment with excellent and helpful staff. Brilliant food flavored to the smallest detail.

Bohužel jsme neměli štěstí přímo na pana Punčocháře, ale jeho kolegové kuchaři ho zastoupili skvěle a byla radost se jim dívat pod ruce. Čekalo nás 7-mi chodové menu + ještě jednohubky na začátku. Vše bylo chuťově dokonalé a velmi originální. Spárovali jsme degustaci i s vínem a pan someliér se o nás úžasně staral, klobouk dolu před jeho znalostmi, celkově všechen personál byl neskutečně pozorný a milý, dokonce jsme dostali skleničku šampaňského, protože si všimli, že mám narozeniny :) Byl to zážitek a velice jsme si to s rodinou užili.
Unfortunately, we were not lucky with Mr. Punčochář, but his fellow chefs represented him well and it was a pleasure to look under their hands. A 7-course menu was waiting for us + one canapé at the beginning. Everything was taste perfect and very original. We paired the tasting with wine and Mr. Sommelier took great care of us, hat down before his knowledge, overall all the staff was incredibly attentive and kind, we even got a glass of champagne because they noticed that my birthday is :) It was an experience and we were very they enjoyed it with their family.

Včerejší večer byl dokonalý zážitek, jakože kromě lahodnýho jídla nás bavil personál svým přístupem. Jasně, přišli jsme celí natěšení na vyhlášené dobroty, ale nedostali jsme jen to, ale i příjemný a profesionální přístup.
Last night was a perfect experience, as in addition to delicious food, the staff entertained us with their approach. Yeah Al that sounds pretty crap to me, Looks like BT aint for me either.

Great experience and a superb value for money! It's not downtown, but it's very well worth the (short) trip. This restaurant is a gem. We were very lucky to have visited during lunchtime on a weekday, so me & my husband had the luxury to have had the place to ourselves (i.e. in case you're considering booking and have a spare few hours in the middle of the day, do give it a shot at lunch), including all the staff's attention. The food was great. Discovering good restaurants around Europe, especially in France, both in&outside Michelin's attention, is our hobby and the food in this place could easily compete with many one-star restaurants. It was well-made, it all made sense together, it wasn't just a show-off and it was a very nice&tasty experience all in all. But enjoying good food is not just about the food itself. The advantage of this small place is that (even when you don't have the whole place to yourself), you get a lot of interaction with the staff, you can see the chefs cooking/finishing the food, and everybody is very nice, very friendly and they made us feel like home. The highlight of the visit (no offense to the chefs :) ), however, was Mr sommelier and his wine pairing. If you're no stranger to wine pairings, you surely know that it can either kill the menu, or just be ok/meh or it can help the food shine and this was definitely the last case. No wonder, as wine clearly is this guy's passion and you can see it, both in the pairing itself (dry sherry with a consommé! not something you would usually get in your typical Central-European place...) and in the service you get with it (including the patience with our tipsy "witty chatting" after having had a few glasses :) ). But the sommelier actually only epitomised the whole place and its vibe - same as him, everybody was very friendly, passionate about what they are doing and hence are doing it very well, be it the food, drinks or the great service. We will definitely come again next time we're in Prague and if you love good food (including the drinks and the service), you should too. :)
