★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My wife & I wanted an authentic, delicious Czech meal, and found our way at Jelenka. I can honestly say it was one of the best meals we had in our tour of the Czech Republic. We gobbled up our food, plates totally clean. Very fast and friendly service too.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The best restaurant in Krumlov ? I can recommend the pork neck and the duck leg. Super tasty and super price. The waiters were very friendly and speaks English and German. The menu was written in English, German and Russian.
We were just 2 days in Krumlov, and we came to this restaurant twice! I guess that means a lot!

Not a tourist trap! This where locals eat and has modest prices. All your Czech favorites are done well here, along with things like hamburgers for those who eschew Czech food.
Compared to the main, tourist area? Cheap!
I had the Duck one night and the Roast Pork Neck (really a steak) the next. Then, I came back to just sit at the bar and drink red wine.
Perfectly friendly to foreigners, casual, hearty and memorable. A short walk from the square and well worth it. Plenty of beer on tap, the red wine isn’t bad either.
Yes, they take credit cards, but I paid cash as my meals and beverages never exceeded 250 cz
