★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ochota 0. Na firmě jsme omylem objednali špatný model telefonu. Koupili jsme si tedy ten správný a původně zakoupený jsme chtěli vrátit. Nemáme jako firma na vrácení zákonný nárok, ale požádali jsme společnost o shovívavost při vrácení nerozbaleného zboží. Odpověď byla, že to neexistuje.
To, co jinde nebyl problém a šlo řešit, tak tady problém byl. Ano, byla to naše chyba, ale obchod jde po penězích a ochota něco řešit nebo vyhovět zákazníkovi zde neexistuje.
Willingness 0. We mistakenly ordered the wrong phone model at the company. So we bought the right one and we wanted to return the original one. As a company, we do not have a legal right to return, but we have asked the company for leniency in returning unpacked goods. The answer was that it did not exist.
What was not a problem elsewhere and could be solved, so here was the problem. Yes, it was our fault, but the business goes for the money and the willingness to solve something or satisfy the customer does not exist here.
