★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It is the very FIRST TIME that I’d to write the complain against a luxury store. Honestly, this is the worst ROLEX store I’ve ever come for years :)
Btw, my only star is for the nice store decoration, not for the salesman.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ On June 3rd, I wanted to stop by Rolex Parizka, in order to buy a new watch-bracelet.
While my husband and I stood outside and wanted to push the closed door, a super rude gentlemen rushed to the door on the inside, opened it for max 15 centimeters only and asked:
Security guy: „pan Cervenka?“
Me: „no!“
Security guy: „we are full!!!“ (in Czech) and closed the door in front of my face…
I am super happy, that there are multiple shopping possibilities in Europe, even with Rolex, I can spend my money with.
It will never ever be with Rolex Parizska again!
It starts with the guy at the door, to destroy you shopping experience.
Dear Rolex Parizska, please invest few czk and have your staff trained. Your shop stands for total embarrassment for the brand!
Oh, and pls dear Manager, don’t come up with „safety measures due to Covid- bla bla“… Even Lidl & Aldi are applying safety measures, only with the tiny difference, that they know how to communicate with customers.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I think the customer service is awful, the employees really think they own the shop. I purchased the watch worth 11.300 euros and i was treated in an in polite manner. Both the times when i visited boutique. First time they dint take me serious as i went to see the watch and pre order it and the second time when i went to pick up the watch which i had paid for, i was treated the same. Such a big disappointment from such a luxury brand where you spend thousands of euros.

Staff are very knowledgeable, polite, caring and go above and beyond!
Have some patience and work with your AD for your next Rolex purchase, and if you are in market for one and are in town, never forget about this ROLEX boutique. You won’t be disappointed.
