J	Jakub Martinček on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not worth it. Room was way to small. Just enough space to fit double bed. Quality of mattress was horrible. Never experienced anything like that before. When we asked for help they only managed to take that mattress away and let me sleep on the bed without any mattress. I have been provided an extra blanket for a missing mattress. After 2hours we decided to leave that place and go somewhere else. No refund was provided. Next day when we called hotel office they told us that their mattrasses as anything else in the room is high quality product. Probably one of the best on market. I could feel ignorance and sarcasm from his voice. They are many better hostels for better price than this.
C	Cynder Aryan on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very nice staff, everything about our reservation, checking in and checking out was working flawlessly. Our room was clean and looked very nice, also the shower had great water pressure (which isn't that important, but still a really nice thing to have!). And even though there's a lot of traffic, and even a building under construction near this hotel during our stay, you can't hear anything of that if you close the window. So it's quiet if you want it to. The only thing I can criticize was the breakfast. The coffee was great and both mornings there was different fruit available. But if you're lactose intolerant, can't eat gluten or if you're vegan, there's not really much for you there. Maybe you should ask about that in advance if you want any options, otherwise it will be tricky. There's LOTS of fatty and sweet foods, like sweet baked goods and tons of different varieties of meat. The thing is, it looked like it was soaked in fat. If that's your thing, great! But if you want more healthy options maybe you shouldn't choose this hotel.
D	Denisa Ungureanu (Jiinxii) on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had an excellent stay at hotel Royal Plaza. I chose it because it is a 7-10 minute walk from the train station. It also is close to Metro and public transport lines, plus just a stroll away from Wenceslas Square and I found it relatively easy to get to the old town square too (just walk straight ahead basically). The room was very cozy and comfy. It didn’t have AC which I actually preferred as my room was a comfortable temperature all day long as opposed to blasting cold. The receptionist, Elena, was very friendly and because the hotel wasn’t too busy she upgraded me to a bigger room. My first upgrade ever, yay! Breakfast was good, and on my last day I was actually the only guest in the hotel so Elena asked me what I would like to eat and made me a coffee herself. Talk about going above and beyond! 100% recommend.

G	Gabrijel Gerwien on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I found it really nice , the beds were nice the room was kind of small but hey for that price you can't complain. I'm sure for more money you get a nicer room. Reason I'm giving it only three stars is because the hotel seemed pretty empty and they still managed to place some really loud and annoying people next to us and you could hear them laugh and talk and this is like a 10pm I almost went crazy but I managed to stay in grip. The parking is not very convenient you have to walk two kilometers but hey its Praha its beautiful I don't mind walking and you know you car is at a safe place. The breakfast could be a little better but other then that for 40-50€ a night in the location I don't think ud get much better .
