Nice windows, installation and customer service falter. I have bad experience with this company. At the first agreed time, the assemblers arrived half an hour later. For the second time, they did not arrive at all due to a car breakdown. If I don't call where they are after 45 minutes, I'll wait at least another hour and no one will call me. No apology. They then postponed my date about 3 times in style, we will arrive at 1 pm - they did not arrive, they did not call. Only after I called again, they promised to arrive at 5 pm, then the same model - tomorrow, the day after tomorrow… The assembly was also ordered with window sills. First, the gentlemen came and wondered if we were reconstructing. In the company, we stated this when signing the contract. So we agreed to do earthenware window sills "next time" so that they would not be damaged. When they finally came to settle the windowsills, they did not have a mason with them. In addition, it was necessary to roll out the sides of the plaster so that the window sills could be inserted - even the men did not tell us this in advance. They didn't have utensils with them, so they didn't do that either, and it was postponed again. The move was approaching, we didn't want to wait anymore, so the windowsills were installed by a construction company that was doing the reconstruction. After a month, when the assemblers arrived with the last window sill (it was badly measured), they settled it, but again without a masonry. Plus, it's crooked. So again next week. It's May, we've met perhaps 4 or 5 times since February (which is quite a bit of time for a working person) and we're still not done. One window cracked twice after assembly, I praise the replacement there, but it is clear to me that we will wait a month again. Windows and window sills are otherwise very nice, but because of everything around, I would not recommend the company to my friends.

When choosing a company, I did not only look at the price, but also the quality of the selected window profiles, the possibility of hidden hinges, reviews, and to have doors and windows in one decor. (Veka softline 82 MD, Winchester) This company subsequently met all the requirements, moreover, Mr. L. Šamánek was nice to me during the phone call. He also communicated well by email and phone, responded to the email on the weekend or at 9 in the evening (which I wouldn't even expect). He showed us everything at the branch, he described it, he explained. He sent several variants of priced door types. In the end, we had a partition door made to measure according to our design. The order was made on time, but due to delays on our part, the windows and doors had to wait about 2 months "in stock" before assembly could take place. There was no problem with the postponement and the company reminded itself every 14 days of what it looked like with us. The assembly took place according to the agreement without any problems. We just complained about the partition entrance door, because some of the partition rails were crooked and gaps were created in the joints. Unfortunately, we did not think to take a detailed photo. Even the assembly workers were surprised that the manufacturer let it go like this. However, the repair was without a problem, in about 10 days they came to replace the rails. An error can happen, due to the quick correction, we are still fully satisfied. Thank you and I recommend.
