I went in a couple weeks ago in an emergency- the airline lost my bag after a stressful series of delays and I looked ROUGH. I just needed some essentials to get by and look professional for a conference until my bag with the full kit would arrive in a couple days. Associate Maru met me as I stared at a wall of stuff dazed, fussy, and jet-lagged, and then whisked me off to a chair to fix me up with appropriate products that would match my skin tone. She got perfect matches on the first try each time, and even though it was a minimal look by my request, I immediately looked and felt better. She and the rest of the staff were sweet, empathetic, and consummately professional in their sales and artistry, as well as so accommodating to work with me in English. Thank you, angels of Palladium Sephora- you were more help than you know!

The rudest Sephora I’ve ever been too. I bought a Chanel lip gloss and it wasn’t the same colour, I go back the next day to ask why it isn't that colour and nobody can speak to me in English. I know I am in czech republic but still don’t be rude to me because I am a tourist. I kept asking why it was a different colour and maybe just because it was on display and every was looking at me like I was dumb and couldn’t answer my question. They has 7 people around me watching me ask the same thing and couldn’t answer a simple thing. The cashier and employs were rude The whole time I was there. Hated this whole experience never going back here. At least smile at people when you work in the public. I would rate this 0 or half a star but I can’t.

Extremely rude experience. I live in Prague and I just forgot my loyalty card at home. I normally just give them my phone number (even though it is not Czech) and they easily find me in the system. Silvia, as I read on her name tag, was awfully rude, she was rolling eyes in front of me when I asked her to look for me in the system and she was saying “where is this phone number from?? We even have issues with Slovaks, and now...”. I am very disappointed, especially that I come in this store at least once a week to get something. I hope the manager of the store will see this review and take immediate action on Silvia’s poor behaviour. Never coming to this store again

I asked for a cleanser for my skin type, and the saleswoman gave me a product, said it's good for dry skin like mine, that has moisturizing properties etc. Two weeks later, my skin feels dry and I realize the product that was handed to me is for normal and mixed skin. I went and asked to exchange it for the product that was described to me, and they go to ask the head person at the store. This woman rolls her eyes in an exaggerated manner, and says that it is not possible because the product has been opened. Will not be supporting this Sephora again, wouldn't trust with something as sensitive as my skin. The regular employees seemed nice enough, and had better language skills.

First of all it was my first time coming at a SEPHORA store in Prague. I was really excited because we don't have Sephora in Vienna. But susprisingly the attitude of the staff was a shocked to me. I am really disappointed with the staff. The cashier was super duper rude and didn't even gave attention to us. Sorry to rate u so badly but you need to consider the costumers review and get a new staff member.

Very nice and welcoming staff, willing to help when needed. I had a very pleasant experience with one of the staff working there - a young gentleman who helped me choose the right products for me and was overall very nice and kind. :)

I don't know why. But the people working here are rude. One girl asked me if I needed any help, I told her no thank you I'm just looking around. She then turned around and made the clicking noise with her mouth. I was so shocked. Also it felt like they were making up promotions so u would buy more stuf. One person told me that if u would spend x amount on skincare u would get x % off. We came back later and then they told us the promotion already ended few days ago

We don’t have Sephora in the uk so when I learned that Prague had one at the palladium shopping centre me and my sister were super excited and went on the first day. We went around swatching potential purchases but we were being stared at so badly by security it was unreal. When moving to other parts of the store he followed us around making us feel super uncomfortable. I don’t know if it was a racist thing because we are brown but they lost out on our business however, reading the reviews I can see that the actual girls who work there also are rude so I’m glad we didn’t waste too much time in this store. AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE.
