Jako poskytovatele internetových služeb výrazně nedoporučuji!”

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ V březnu 2020 jsem si zakoupil na e-shopu router TP-link. Přišel mi vadný kus, neustále se sám restartoval. Zapojoval jsem ho přesně podle návodu. Zboží jsem zaslal zpět k reklamaci. Vrátili mi ho zpět jen se stručnou zprávou, že je mnou poškozen. Vrátil jsem ho poštou zpět. Dostal jsem po urgenci mail, že je poškozený firmware a reklamaci neuznal. Přitom jsem žádal podle zákona o vrácení peněz do 14 dnů, ani v tomto mi nevyhověli. Obchodník mne vlastně okradl o 1000 Kč dodáním vadného kusu a lží, že jsem si ho poškodil. Budu řešit právní cestou. Jednání společnosti je nezákonné.

At the same time, I requested a refund within 14 days under the law, and they did not comply with this either. The merchant actually robbed me of CZK 1,000 by delivering a defective piece and a lie that I had damaged it. I will deal with it legally. The company's actions are illegal.
