I bought a new ATV here and at first glance willing and pleasant owners and employees, but the problem arises if you need to solve a complaint. After driving 1000km, one front light stopped shining, warranty repair performed during the warranty inspection by pulling the cable tie over the connector (I am attaching a photo), after driving 300km from the repair, the same problem when the cable tie came loose. Furthermore, there was already a noticeable loss of oil during the first 200 km, at 200 km the oil was changed and within 500 km the level was already below the minimum level. At the service station, I was first assured that the oil in the new engine must be sprayed everywhere and that the oil consumption of the new engine is normal. Oil consumption was around 2l / 1000km after the first 1000km and I wanted to complain about the engine. They handled the complaint, but I was told that no parts were available. I checked with the importer that all the parts were available, and then the receiving technician said that they did not currently have the capacity to repair them! He then called that they already had time, but because of the coronavirus, the import of parts was stuck and the parts were really unavailable after that. I waited about another month for the repair to take place. After the repair, I heard from one of the owners that there was a mistake between the handlebars and the saddle, and it is said that I miscarried the ATV, which was not true at all. Already during the first warranty inspection in 200 km, the mechanic released the throttle lever fully (according to the manual, this step should occur after 1000 km), but I still saved the ATV and drove it. Even so, after the repair, they had the audacity to say that it was my fault. After repairing the engine, it will not take any oil between the service interval. Another problem was with the torn-out silencers of the front shock absorbers, and the gentleman at the store commented on this by saying that after the engine complaint, it would be too much for the complaint. The ATV has never raced or been on a motocross track and is ridden only for recreation. As a bonus, when buying an ATV, the lady arranged liability for a motorcycle, even though she has a wheeled tractor in TP and they told me in the insurance company that liability must be agreed according to what is registered in TP. The only thing I can evaluate positively is the excellent cafe and pleasant service in the adjacent coffee shop, which belongs to the same owners .. I would not buy a quad bike here, nor would I entrust this service.

For me, the fourth visit of this company and to whom I complain. Willingness from dealers and mechanics in service. Many could learn customer behavior from them.

For me, they are hochstaplers and the boys in the area are dissatisfied with the action! My new ATV machine started on the road after 14 days (rippled) they told me that the geometry was wrong and I was to blame myself, the tires rolled from one side, while the machine was assembled right next to them, but the warranty does not apply- weird approach here, the same thing knocked during the warranty in the cardan shaft and the machine had strange noises and in addition devalued (tight nut of the Allen key) to change the oil in the differential !!! I changed the authorized service center and they weren't surprised! In both differentials there was only 1dc of oil instead of 3dc and in 20km after the warranty it could not disappear. I drive only on roads, no fields, forests, etc ... Will of driving, foggy parabolas! And for everything you can do it yourself and pay for it or don't complain, but the approach is disastrous! No competition in the competition! I do not recommend these two brothers, they should go back to selling plastic bags as I learned, one of the brothers is solid, but the other does not know how and what he would stretch you out on !!

The horror of the arrogance of one of the owners! After 2 days the battery did not rotate and immediately that it is incorrect maintenance and such cows when I bought atv 2 days ago !! The biggest pig was when he flipped my starting relay from the other machine, so I'm not surprised what it looks like with the approach. You think you will buy a brand new machine, but with a bad battery and a faulty old relay, and in the end you will get that you don't care about it properly and it's not a guarantee !!! So no more tire air !!! I DO NOT RECOMMEND! And I'm not alone in what I've heard, it's not one lady talking, but unfortunately it's a reality!
