Přišel jsem s tím že potřebuju jistý díl, pan si okopíroval win kód aby jej mohl díl najít, s tím že mi dá vědět, když jsem mu řekl i kód dílu, zeptal se mne, proč si jej teda neobjednám sám a on kvůli mně nemusí sedět u počítače a zdržovat se.. Takhle si opravdu službu zákazníkovi nepředstavuji..
You can't give less than one star .. I came up with the idea that I need a certain part, Mr. copied the win code so that he could find the part, with the fact that he would let me know when I told him the part code, he asked me why so I don't order by myself and he doesn't have to sit at the computer and stay there because of me .. I really don't imagine customer service like that ..
