 Everything on a motorcycle you can only imagine. Very friendly staff, willing to advise makes shopping a relaxed affair. Thank you very much, I was definitely not here for the last time.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Už nikdy! Byl jsem na olejový servis a výměnu všech kapalin. Po ujetí 500km od servisu se mi začala propadat spojková páčka, při odvzdušnění, kdy jsem musel vysát vzduch z celé soustavy, mi vytekl ven humus místo kapaliny, který nikdy nebyl vyměněn, pouze odsáli kapalinu z nádržky a dali tam novou, aby byla na pohled hezká, ale v celém systému zůstala původní a to samé s brzdovou kapalinou. O ostatním servisu co údajně dělali jsem ani raději nepátral a udělal jsem si jej znovu, sám! A pak že značka je značka. Akorát kazí jméno Ducati!
Never! I went to the oil service and change all the fluids. After driving 500km from the service, the clutch lever began to fall, during deaeration, when I had to suck air from the whole system, my humus leaked out instead of the liquid, which was never changed, they just sucked the liquid out of the tank and put a new one so that it was visible nice, but remained original throughout the system and the same with brake fluid. I didn't even look for the other service they allegedly did, and I did it again, alone! And then that brand is a brand. It's just spoiling the name Ducati!

I was going to buy my first motorbike (a used one) and I made up my mind about the model and manufacturer. As a next step - i contacted several (around 5) dealers about the model I want. Most of them replied something like "no we don't have it". But with m.c.-f.cz it was a completely different story. Not only did Petr (who is exceptionally customer oriented and just a nice person) kept searching for different options that could suit me and proposing them to me, he also answered literally million of my (pretty often annoying) questions. In a friendly and polite manner. Our communication was solely via email and it lasted nearly 2 months before I made a prepayment! He wasn't even sure that I will buy a bike, but nevertheless did his job wonderfully! I told it to him personally and will repeat it here: i wish i would have such kind of service in all the stores that i visit! Exceptionally customer-oriented approach. Thank you! And for those of you who is going to buy a bike or apparel - don't hesitate to contact these guys!
...Not to mention the beautiful location of the shop itself in the countryside. Have to stop writing here and go ride my new wonderful bike :) Have a great one everyone!
