★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Co se týče telefonické podpory tak ta je příšerná velké zklamání. Ne všichni operátoři ,ale někteří nedokázali vysvětlit nebo poradit s základními informacemi a díly. Pomalu nevěděli co prodávají. Díly tu nejsou nějak špatně jak jaké, ale podpora "technická" je velmi na tom mizerně.
As for telephone support, it is a terrible big disappointment. Not all operators, but some failed to explain or advise on basic information and parts. Slowly they didn't know what they were selling. The parts are not as bad as they are, but the "technical" support is very miserable.
