Televizi jsem dostal jako dárek od dcery, zatím hraje nádherně. Pokusím se svůj problém vyřešit návštěvou místního opraváře TV. Vřele doporučuji. Vlastimil Štych, Poděbrady.
 I needed information about the current software of my KDL55W755C TV. I was surprised by the quick response to my question, I immediately got the information I needed. It's a pity that I don't live in Prague, due to my age (73 years old) I'm afraid to update the SW myself.
I received the TV as a gift from my daughter, so far she plays beautifully. I will try to solve my problem by visiting a local TV repairman. I warmly recommend. Vlastimil Stych, Podebrady.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Servis DualSense ovladače pro PS5 proběhl dle očekávání a po mailu rychlost a ochota. Nový ovladač jsem měl prakticky do týdne zpět. Nemusel jsem čekat 30 dní jak blb, kdybych to reklamoval přímo u prodejce. Tady to proběhlo rychle a příště asi budu využívat jenom autorizované servisy. Takže díky tomuto servisu za bleskové vyřízení.
The service of the DualSense driver for the PS5 went as expected and after the e-mail speed and willingness. I had the new driver practically within a week. I didn't have to wait 30 days as stupid to complain directly to the seller. It went fast here and next time I will probably only use authorized services. So thanks to this service for a quick deal.
