L	Ludmila Hajkova on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Velmi příjemný lázeňský hotýlek rodinného typu s vlastním balneoprovozem, hotelovým bazénem a výbornou restaurací. Je stranou od městského ruchu na cestě na krásnou přírodní rezervaci Kladská přesto v dochozí vzdálenosti k srdci lázní - kolonádě s fontánou. Bonusem je vlastní parkoviště. Poskytované služby jsou na výborné úrovni, přátelský a profesionální personál je třešničkou na tomto lázeňském dezertu. Opakovaně jsem využila ubytovacích a lázeňských služeb. Historická budova hotelu byla doplněna citlivou dostavbou vedlejší budovy o apartmány. V teto budově je umístěna sauna. Byl parkově upraven výhled z prostoru bazénu. Very pleasant family-type spa hotel with its own spa, hotel pool and excellent restaurant. It is away from the city bustle on the way to the beautiful nature reserve Kladská, still within walking distance to the heart of the spa - a colonnade with a fountain. The bonus is private parking. The services provided are of an excellent standard, the friendly and professional staff is the icing on the cake of this spa dessert. I have repeatedly used accommodation and spa services. The historic hotel building was complemented by a sensitive extension of the annex building with apartments. There is a sauna in this building. The view from the pool area was landscaped.

Es ist alles für einen angenehmen Aufenthalt vorhanden, Kitchenette, Kühlschrank, Wasserkocher, zwei Toiletten, Aufzug usw. Das Frühstück war für ein doch eher kleines Hotel sehr gut und alles vorhanden, was man sich wünscht. Wir haben auch die angebotenen Wellnessbehandlungen genutzt und als sehr angenehm empfunden. Postiv war die gute Beratung, unkomplizierte Terminvergaben und professionelle Durchführung. Prima! Hervorzuheben ist der Indoor-Pool mit 29°C Wassertemperarur! Man kann abends ein kleines Menü im Hotel einnehmen, wir haben uns jedoch für die Restaurants in der Stadt entschieden. Die Lage ist etwas außerhalb, man ist aber in 10 bis 15min zu Fuß in der Stadt. Dafür ist die Lage sehr ruhig und im Grünen. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder! We really liked the hotel. We had an apartment, very large and well furnished. Everything is available for a pleasant stay, kitchenette, fridge, kettle, two toilets, elevator, etc. The breakfast was very good for a rather small hotel and had everything you could want. We also used the wellness treatments offered and found them to be very pleasant. Positive was the good advice, uncomplicated appointments and professional implementation. Fine! The indoor pool with a water temperature of 29°C is particularly noteworthy! You can have a small menu in the hotel in the evening, but we opted for the restaurants in town. The location is a bit out of the way, but you can walk into town in 10 to 15 minutes. But the location is very quiet and in the countryside. We would like to come again!
H	Honza Hauptman on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pěkně apartmány na okraji města. Čisté a útulné. Za rozumnou cenu. Ochotný personál. V komplexu je i krytý bazén a možnost masáže, sauna. Pěkné místo pro odpočinek. Lesní cestou lze dojít do centra do 15 minut. Nice apartments on the outskirts of the city. Clean and cozy. At reasonable price. Helpful staff. The complex also has an indoor pool and massage, sauna. Nice place to relax. You can walk to the center by forest in 15 minutes.
P	Pavel Řimnáč on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Rádi se k Vám vracíme, už asi potřetí, ale vždy jen na dva dny a to je málo. Klidný hotel, na pěkném místě, do města s procházkou. Nejlepší je být ubytován v pokojích 201-205 v prvním patře, na bazén jen přes chodbičku, paráda. Pokoj s balkónem, výtečná věc. Koupelna super. Matrace měkké, jsem zvyklý na tvrdší spaní, ale ty dva dny. Bazén bych uvítal otevřený od 7 hodin ráno. Vstanu brzy , hodinku zaplavu. pak na snídani. Saunu, zábaly ani masáže jsme zatím nevyužili. Klavír prosím naladit je rozladěný, zahrál bych si, ale asi je to jen dekorace. Restauraci jsme nenavštívili, jídlo nemůžu hodnotit. Snídaně klasická s dostatečným výběrem. Byli jsme spokojeni s pobytem, určitě zase někdy přijedeme. Můžu doporučit ostatním. PS : nebýval dříve natočený džbán s lesním pramenem v chodbičce k bazénu k možnosti napití ? We are happy to return to you, probably for the third time, but always only for two days and that is not enough. Quiet hotel, in a nice location, to the city with a walk. It is best to be accommodated in rooms 201-205 on the first floor, to the pool just across the hallway, great. Room with balcony, excellent thing. Bathroom great. Mattresses soft, I'm used to harder sleep, but those two days. The pool would be welcome open from 7 am. I'll get up early, I'll flood for an hour. then for breakfast. We have not used the sauna, wraps or massages yet. Please tune the piano is out of tune, I would play it, but it's probably just a decoration. We did not visit the restaurant, I can not rate the food. Classic breakfast with a sufficient selection. We were satisfied with the stay, we will definitely come again someday. I can recommend to others. PS: wasn't there a previously pitched pitcher with a forest spring in the hallway to the pool for a drink?
M	Markéta Jančíková on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dnes jsme s přítelem dorazili na dvou denní pobyt sem do hotelu St. Moritz a po příjezdu nás uvítala velice milá paní recepční. Bohužel nás po příchodu na náš SPA Apartmán čekala špína a drobky na podlaze, špinavá sprcha, záchod a cizí chlupy v posteli. Paní recepční uznala, ze pokoj není dostatečně čistý, omluvila se a poslala za námi dvě pokojské z Ukrajiny. Jejich výrazy byly více, než znechucené a měly hrozný problém s tím, ze jejich host je nespokojený a jejich úklid reklamuje, zkrátka byly nepříjemné. Myslím si, ze toto si 4* hotel a jeho zaměstnanci nemůžou vůbec dovolit. Do hotelu bych se z tohoto duvodu nejspíš už nevrátila, přestože jsou apartmány vkusně zařízené a jsou na klidném místě. Today my friend and I arrived for a two-day stay here at the Hotel St. Moritz and upon arrival we were greeted by a very nice receptionist. Unfortunately, after arriving at our SPA Apartment, dirt and crumbs on the floor, a dirty shower, a toilet and strange hair in bed awaited us. The receptionist acknowledged that the room was not clean enough, she apologized and sent two maids from Ukraine. Their expressions were more than disgusted and they had a terrible problem with their guest being dissatisfied and complaining about their cleaning, they were simply unpleasant. I don't think the 4 * hotel and its staff can afford it at all. For this reason, I probably would not return to the hotel, although the apartments are tastefully furnished and in a quiet location.

S	Sophie Pritchard on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We stayed recently with our young family. We stayed in the apartments, which were excellent. Very clean, modern and very very spacious. We were able to book massage treatments which we did ahead of arrival. These were great and we also enjoyed using the pool, where the children were welcome. Great breakfast included and the receptionist was brilliant- very kind and helpful. The hotel is situated in the forest (approx 15/20 minute walk to the main town centre). It was lovely and peaceful and there is a beautiful walk through the forest into town (only really possible in daylight). We had a wonderful stay and would definitely recommend.

The hotel is outside the city, but the short walk along a peaceful forest path made it not only convenient but also relaxing. Hope to come back one day :)
