Navíc férovost a seriozní jednání je u nich na dnešní dobu až neuvěřitelné. I přesto, že řešíte jen základní připojení k internetu. Přeji vše dobré a ať máte co nejvíce spokojených zákazníků.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Poměr cena/výkon určitě jedna z nejlepších možností. Internet občas trošku škytne a pár minut jde pomalu, ale po většinu času opravdu frčí stanovenou rychlosti, a bez problémů zvládá i 5-6 připojených zařízení najednou. Výpadek jsem měl jen jednou na pár hodin, jinak nikdy žádný problém nebyl. Navíc smlouva bez závazku s možností kdykoliv odejít. ?
Price / performance ratio is definitely one of the best options. The Internet sometimes hisses a bit and walks slowly for a few minutes, but most of the time it really runs at a set speed, and it can easily handle 5-6 connected devices at once. I only had an outage once for a few hours, otherwise there was never a problem. In addition, a contract without obligation with the possibility to leave at any time. ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Internet od SPComu máme již přes 3 roky. Nikdy se mi nestalo, že by byl problém, a to využíváme jak televizi, tak internet. V lokalitě, kde bydlíme, je dostupné optické připojení, které dosahuje rychlosti v řádech Gb. Sama v SPComu pracuji a společně s kolegy se snažíme o aktivní zpětnou vazbu s klienty. Jednoduše řečeno nejen že nabízíme 100% službu, ale i zákaznický servis... I když bych byla cizí nezainteresovaný člověk, dala bych plný počet hvězdiček, protože služba je opravdu kvalitní a SPCom si zaslouží kladné hodnocení. Díky, kluci :-)
We have had Internet from SPCom for over 3 years. It has never occurred to me that this is a problem, and we use both television and the Internet. In the locality where we live, an optical connection is available, which reaches a speed in the order of Gb. I work at SPCom alone and together with my colleagues we strive for active feedback with clients. Simply put, not only do we offer 100% service, but also customer service ... Even if I were a stranger, a disinterested person, I would give the full number of stars, because the service is really high quality and SPCom deserves a positive rating. Thanks guys :-)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ za 6 let provozu musim říct, že nejelpší internet co jsem kdy měl a to jsem měl strach, že na vesnici bude horší jak v Hradci. Realita je taková, že je to přesně naopak. HKFree nefungovalo každou chvíli a tak jsem musel mít druhé spojení přes jinou firmu, abych vůbec mohl pracovat. Chválim funkčnost, vstřícnost, informovanost a rychle reakce v případě výpadku. Doporučuji všem ostatním.
in 6 years of operation I have to say that the best internet I have ever had and I was afraid that the village would be worse than in Hradec. The reality is that it is exactly the opposite. HKFree didn't work at all times, so I had to have a second connection through another company in order to work at all. I praise the functionality, helpfulness, information and quick response in the event of an outage. I recommend to everyone else.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pětihvězdu bych nezaujatě dal i kdybych pro ně nepracoval a protože znám celou infrastrukturu vím aspoň co hodnotím. Pokud si zde někdo srdceryvně stěžuje místo toho aby zavoval na podporu kde následně zjistíme že problém je v oblasti někde mezi klávesnicí a židlí nebo pracuje na stroji který ještě pamatuje Husákovy beďary tak jeho recenze postrádá na významu. A jelikož mohu z vlastní zkušenosti posoudit jak to chodí zde a jak v jiných ISP firmách je těch 5 hvezdiček ještě málo. Tímto čestně prohlašuji, že se jedná o můj svobodný názor a při psaní mi nikdo z „vedení“ (ano ty uvozovky jsou tu správně, jsme si zde rovni) revolver u spánku nedržel, vyšší prémie též neočekávám.
I would give the five stars impartially even if I didn't work for them, and because I know the whole infrastructure, I know at least what I value. If someone here complains heartily instead of calling for support where we subsequently find out that the problem is in the area somewhere between the keyboard and the chair or is working on a machine that still remembers Husák's cadets, then his review is meaningless. And since I can judge from my own experience how things work here and how there are still few 5 stars in other ISP companies. I hereby declare that this is my free opinion and no one from the "management" (yes, the quotes are correct, we are equal here) did not hold my revolver at sleep, nor do I expect higher premiums.
