K roku 1630 byl kostel přičleněn jako filiální k třebotovskému. Historie jeho přestaveb není plně doložena, ta první barokní pravděpodobně proběhla v letech 1716 – 1718. Současná podoba je výsledkem pozdně barokní přestavby z let 1740 – 1750. Přilehlý hřbitov byl zrušen v roce 1880, kolem hřbitovní zdi se dochovalo několik náhrobníků. V květnu 1945 uvnitř kostela vybuchla pancéřová pěst. Oprava zničeného interiéru proběhla v roce 1946, poškozená věž byla opravena v roce 1949. Staré seznamy duchovních sahájí až k roku 1347. Nynější vzhled kostela pochází z let 1740 - 1750. Nákladně opraven byl v roce 1881. Počátkem května 1945 byl kostel zasažen několika ranami, údajně i pancéřovou pěstí. V následujícím roce byla provedena částečná oprava a v roce 1949 byla dokončena oprava věže. Uvnitř kostela se nachází barokní hlavní oltář se štukovou ornamentikou. Uprostřed je zdařilý obraz "Loučení sv.Petra a Pavla před smrtí". Po stranách obrazu jsou dvě sochy světců - biskupů a nahoře v nástavku relief světce. Po stranách vítězného oblouku jsou boční oltáře s nanášenými štukami a s obrazy sv.Jana Nepomuckého a sv.Prokopa. Křtitelnice je z leštěného sliveneckého mramoru pořízená v roce 1927. V dlažbě jsou dva náhrobní kameny, kryjící krypty dobrodinců kostela. Menší je z roku 1745 a větší z roku 1754. The first mention of the Church of St. Peter and Paul in Prague-Radotín is from a document dated 24 May 1298 King Wenceslas II where the parish church in Radotín is mentioned. At the beginning of May 1945 the church was hit by several blows, allegedly also by an armored fist. In the following year a partial repair was made and in 1949 the repair of the tower was completed. Inside the church there is a baroque main altar with stucco ornaments. In the middle is a successful painting "Farewell to St. Peter and Paul before death". On the sides of the picture are two statues of saints - bishops and above the relief of the saint. On the sides of the triumphal arch are side altars with stucco and paintings of St. John of Nepomuk and St. Procopius. The baptistery is made of polished plum marble taken in 1927. There are two tombstones in the pavement covering the crypts of the benefactors of the church. It is smaller from 1745 and bigger from 1754.

The adjacent raft is tastefully decorated, clean everywhere. Very nice place in an otherwise industrial and congested city.
