D	David Marholt on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Recenze zněly přímo ideálně, ovšem realita byla lehce odlišná. Poloha hotelu bezvadná, uprostřed mezi kolonádou a městem. Hotel pěkný, dobře situovaný s vlastním parkováním, což v Karlových Varech není úplně běžné, toho času ve výstavbě, ale bylo tam. Hotel pěkný, čistý, milý personál, snídaně chutné na 4☆ spíše skromnější, káva překápavaná, doplňování pomalejší, zbytečné drobné nedostatky. Wifi pouze na prohlížení (stahování téměř nelze), vana ale bez špuntu, takže nešla napustit, klimatizace tekla na podlahu, takže ručník na zemi a pravidelně ždímat. Snaha o nápravu byla, ale výsledek ne. Jinak z okna výhled směrem na kolonádu, relativní klid, pokud nebyl v provozu wellness. Cena průměrná k dané lokalitě. Platba na začátku ubytování. Lze doporučit. Možná jsme měli jen smůlu na pokoj. Případně se předem domluvit a informovat na možnosti ubytování. The reviews sounded perfect, but the reality was slightly different. The hotel's location is perfect, halfway between the colonnade and the city. Nice hotel, well situated with its own parking, which is not quite common in Karlovy Vary, under construction at the time, but it was there. Hotel nice, clean, nice staff, breakfast delicious at 4 ☆ rather modest, coffee drip, refilling slower, unnecessary minor flaws. Wifi only for viewing (download is almost impossible), bath but without plug, so it could not be filled, air conditioning flowed to the floor, leaving a towel on the floor and squeezing regularly. There was an effort to make amends, but not the result. Otherwise, from the window a view towards the colonnade, relative calm, if it was not in operation wellness. Average price for the given locality. Payment at the beginning of the accommodation. Can be recommended. Maybe we were just unlucky in the room. Alternatively, arrange in advance and inform about accommodation options.
E	E. Drewicze on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wir buchten Anfang Oktober von Donnerstag bis Samstag für 2 Nächte. Der Preis war sehr günstig (incl. Frühstück). Das Hotel ist zentral und ruhig gelegen. Alles ist fußläufig schnell zu erreichen. Das Haus ist saniert und modern (vom abgerissenen Nebenhaus nicht irritieren lassen). Der Check in lief einfach und zügig. Gezahlt wurde beim Check in. Verständigung auf Englisch. Beim Check in wurde ein Zettel ausgehändigt, damit man das eigene Auto direkt vorm Hotel parken kann (in Karlsbad Zentrum ist kostenloses Parken kaum möglich). Die Rezeption ist nachts zu. Nächtlicher Zugang zum Haus mit Zimmerkarte. Ein Aufzug ist vorhanden/ Treppe kann genutzt werden. Unser Zimmer war modern ausgestattet (Minibar, Klimaanlage, Regendusche, leistungsstarker kleiner Fön, Fußbodenheizung im Bad). Alles war sauber, hygienisch einwandfrei. Einziger Kritikpunkt: Das Bett hat Härtegrad "Ultrahart". Das Frühstück bot eine solide Auswahl und war lecker. Der Kaffee war gut. Verschiedene Säfte wurden auch angeboten. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und engagiert. Einen Besuch kann ich nur empfehlen. Děkuji! We booked for 2 nights from Thursday to Saturday in early October. The price was very cheap (including breakfast). The hotel is in a central and quiet location. Everything can be reached quickly on foot. The house is renovated and modern (don't let the demolished neighboring house irritate you). Check-in was quick and easy. Payment was made when checking in. Communication in English. At check-in, a slip of paper was handed out so that you can park your own car directly in front of the hotel (free parking is hardly possible in the center of Karlovy Vary). The reception is closed at night. Nightly access to the house with a room card. An elevator is available / stairs can be used. Our room was modernly equipped (minibar, air conditioning, rain shower, powerful small hair dryer, underfloor heating in the bathroom). Everything was clean and hygienically perfect. The only point of criticism: The bed is "ultra-hard". Breakfast had a solid selection and was tasty. The coffee was good. Various juices were also offered. The staff was very friendly and engaging. Absolute satisfaction with the room, cleanliness, staff and procedures. Very friendly staff. The location of the hotel is within easy reach of everything I wanted to visit.
