Just a wonderful place in Petrinske sady

A very charming place. It's a guy to sit in front of the statue and admire the 2 waterfalls (you can see the one above).

Other dominants of the Kinský Garden are two lakes and a small waterfall. These are powered by a unique system of 380 meters long excavated gallery, which brings water to them. The waterfall is at the top of the garden between the ponds. In the upper one there is a small exhibition of mud plants and there is a sculpture of a sea lion from 1953 by the sculptor Jan Lauda. The lower lake is smaller, but certainly not less interesting. In 1939, a statue of Hercules from the 17th century was moved here from Kampa. Both ponds with artifacts create beautiful nooks where you can sit and relax. Several galleries were built to supply water from the upper part of Petřín. The longest is the Iron Adit with a length of 100 meters. The castle gallery brings the best water for the needs of the summer house. The longest is the 100m long Iron Tunnel.
