Bez objednání jsem zde strávil 30minut od zaplacení přes vystání fronty 2 aut přede mnou až po předání protokolu. I have already passed the second registration check here. L	Ladislav Dobiáš on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Po objednání na pravidelnou STK + emise jsem po měření emisí čekal hodinu na STK, po odbavení asi 6 aut přede mnou na STK mi bylo sděleno, že čekám zbytečně a že si napřed musím STK zaplatit v kanceláři. Celkem dobrý adrenalin pro šedesátileté kardiaky, přitom by stačilo, kdyby paní v kanceláři přidala ke svému výkonu jednu větu a sdělila, že po absolvování emisí a zaplacení emisí se musím znovu stavit v kanceláři a zaplatit STK. Sdělení, že o mě hodinu nevěděli (asi jsem byl neviditelný), mě moc neuklidnilo. Jinak emise, STK i cena v pohodě, jen proto dávám pět hvězdiček. After ordering regular MOT + emissions, I waited an hour for MOT after measuring emissions, after checking about 6 cars in front of me for MOT, I was told that I was waiting unnecessarily and that I had to pay for MOT in the office first. Quite good adrenaline for 60-year-old cardiac patients, it would be enough if the lady in the office added one sentence to her performance and said that after completing the emissions and paying for the emissions, I have to stop again in the office and pay the MOT. The news that they didn't know about me for an hour (I guess I was invisible) didn't reassure me much. Otherwise, the issue, MOT and the price are fine, that's why I give five stars.

Samozřejmě kromě ceny a nemožnosti být přítomen prohlídce, prý v důsledku Covidu. O	Ondřej Janeček on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Zavolal jsem s dotazem jestli můžu přijet narychlo na evidenčku za 20 minut, vyšli mi vstříc a nebyl to problém. Vzali mě ihned, personál příjemný. Děkuji a mohu jen doporučit :) I called to ask if I could come to the register in 20 minutes, they came to my aid and it wasn't a problem. They took me immediately, the staff friendly. Čekal jsem asi 30 minut, než na mě přišla řada na emisích a pak dalších 15-20 minut na samotnou STK. Technik byl příjemný, mohl jsem být u prohlídky, ukázal mi co a jak kontroluje, pobavili jsme se o autě, zkontroloval i typické závady na podvozku u mého konkrétního modelu. Celkově jsem velice spokojen. Jediná - ale v dnešní době docela významná - nevýhoda je nemožnost platit kartou, pouze hotovost. Proto jedna hvězda dolů. The technician was nice, I could be at the inspection, he showed me what and how he checked, we talked about the car, I also checked the typical defects on the chassis of my particular model. Overall, I am very satisfied. The only - but now quite significant - disadvantage is the inability to pay by card, only cash. That's why one star is down.
