★ ★ ★ ★ ★ V tomto obchodě si již nikdy nic nekoupím. Na internetu jsem objednala dvě kojící noční košile. Po výslechu několika výmluv z jejich strany a neustálém připomínání mi balíček dorazil domů. Jedna noční košile dorazila v pořádku, ale druhá byla roztržená. Ihned jsem volala na zákaznickou linku a řešila reklamaci. Druhý den jsem odnesla balík do zásilkovny a opět 14 dní čekala, co se bude dít. Po dalších telefonátech a uhánění mi slečna na lince řekla, ze košili zítra odesílá a opět se do konce týdne nic nedělo. Dnes mi konečně dorazil balíček a po rozbalení jsem zjistila, že košile je opět roztržená. Ihned jsem volala na infolinku, kde jsem se nedočkala žádného řešení. Tento obchod rozhodně nedoporučuji
I will never buy anything in this store again. I ordered two nursing nightgowns online. After hearing several excuses from them and constantly reminding me, the package arrived at my house. One nightgown arrived safely, but the other was torn. I immediately called the customer line and resolved the complaint. The next day I took the package to the delivery room and waited again for 14 days what would happen. After further phone calls and racing, the young lady on the line told me that she was sending her shirt tomorrow and again nothing happened by the end of the week. Today I finally received the package and after unpacking I found out that the shirt is torn again. I immediately called the infoline, where I did not get any solution. I definitely do not recommend this store

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Absolutně nedoporučuji!! Nakupujte kdekoliv jinde, ne tady! Nulová komunikace, po zaplacení zboží nemáte ani peníze ani zboží! Obchod vůbec nereaguje!
Absolutely not recommended !! Shop anywhere else, not here! Zero communication, after paying for the goods you have neither money nor goods! The store is not responding at all!
