★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Měla jsem dnes velmi špatnou zkušenost se zdejším personálem, většinou jsem zde byla spokojená, ale tentokrát se paní vůbec nesnažila, byla velice neochotná a snažila se mě rychle zbavit, přičemž měli mít ještě 10 minut do zavření a už zhasnuli světla. K tomu prodeji mi slečna nabízela antiparazitní obojeky, které byli dražší, i když jsem jí říkala, že mi nevyhovují, přesto mi ho zarytě doporučovala.
 I had a very bad experience with the local staff today, I was mostly satisfied here, but this time the lady did not try at all, she was very reluctant and tried to get rid of me quickly, while they had to have another 10 minutes to close and the lights went out. For that sale, the young lady offered me antiparasitic collars, which were more expensive, even though I told her that they did not suit me, but she still strongly recommended it to me.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Skvělý obchod se skvělým personálem. Nikdy se mi nestalo, že by mi nepomohli a vždy, když tam vlezu, tak nakoupím to, co pro pejska potřebujeme. Doporučuji.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Čisto a vždy najdu to co potřebuji. Nevýhoda je menší prodejna, takže si nevyberete tak jak ve větším super zoo ( například ZNOJMO ) Ale i tak asi to nejlepší v okolí
