★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Značková prodejna T-Mobile v Ústí nad Labem je naprosto perfektní. Již několikrát jsem si zde prodlužoval svoji smlouvu a vyzvedával nový telefon. Přátelský a ochotný perzonál mi byl dokonce i při řešení reklamace nápomocen a rád jsem využil možnosti zapůjčení náhradního přístroje po dobu opravy. Brzy se chystáme tuto prodejnu opět navštívit a spojit si své služby do jedné. Moc se na tuto příležitost těším a přeji hodně úspěchů.
 The T-Mobile brand store in Ústí nad Labem is absolutely perfect. I have already extended my contract here several times and picked up a new phone. The friendly and helpful staff was even helpful in resolving the complaint, and I was happy to take the opportunity to rent a replacement device for the duration of the repair. We are soon going to visit this store again and combine our services into one. I am very much looking forward to this opportunity and I wish you a lot of success.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Totálně neschopný personál! Vše radši řeším přes call centrum, nebo jezdím na pobočku do Teplic. Cokoli po nich zákazník chce, tak s velkou neochotou udělají a většinou v zákazníkův neprospěch... Nejsou schopni absolutně nic vyřešit. Nedoporučuji!
Totally incompetent staff! I prefer to solve everything through the call center, or I go to the branch in Teplice. Whatever the customer wants from them, they will do with great reluctance and mostly to the customer's detriment ... They are not able to solve absolutely anything. I do not recommend!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Katastrofa, přístup neopovidajici služby, lovci prodejnosti. Vyřídit jakýkoliv úkon nadlidský přístup. Nemluvě o produktivitě práce s katastrofální i výsledky stojí za zamyšlení přejít ke konkurenci. Otázka zda si člověk v dnešní době pomůže

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Na tuto pobočku už nikdy v životě, stalo nás to nejen málem peníze na víc za služby které jsme nechtěli ale také nervi.
Na pobočku jsme se museli vracet.
Na pobočce se asi baví tím že dávají sázky kdo koho o kolik utáhne na penězích, málem se jim to povedlo tím že bychom platili o 600 Kč víc
Na této pobočce jim záleží jen na tom aby jste platili co nejvíc.
Všechny tím to varují raději jdete jinam vyhněte se této oblasti obloukem a nebo call centrum.
Díky bohu aspoň tam jsou ještě v pořádku.
Zlodejove přímo na pobočce všichni největší kamarádi sazkari a intrikari.
Zlatá prodejna v České Lípě a mladé Boleslavi.
