Hlavne, ze v kazde kabince je papir, aby zakaznici vraceli zbozi nazpatek, ale bordel je tam silenej :) Slecny, instead of chatting at the box office could in free time to clean up the cabins. I stopped going there because of the attendant sitting at the cash register with the phone and not even saying hello, actually raising my head when the customer enters. Catastrophe.

Dokonce minulý týden když se tam byla dcera asi po sedmé ptát tak ji vzaly reklamační papíry s tím, že se vedoucí druhý den ozve. Samozřejmě je ticho po pěšině. Obsluha katastrofální. Obchod by měli raději zavřít když se o něj neumí starat včetně servisu vůči zákazníkům. Tragédie... The replacement of the jacket that was bought in February and claimed for the wrong size the following week has not been resolved today. Even last week, when the daughter was there for the seventh time, they asked her to take the complaint papers, saying that the chief would hear the next day. Of course there is silence on the path. Obsluha katastrofální. The store should rather close it if it cannot care for it, including customer service. Tragedy...

Drží se nejnovějších trendů, kolekce opravdu stojí za to. I ceny jsou krásné,, látka kvalitní a já osobně jsem si úplně zamilovala jejich stretchpants Excellent shop for girls aged 13-20 years. It's more for thinner girls, but of course there are some xL. Following the latest trends, the collection is really worth it. Even the prices are beautiful ,, fabric quality and I personally totally fell in love with their stretchpants
L	Lia Třetí on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Velmi nepříjemné a neochotné prodavačky. Přinesla jsem tam mikinu na reklamaci, která byla poničená zjevně vadou výroby či materiálu. Mikina měla být odeslána na prověření, nicmémě nikam odeslána nebyla, pouze mi přišla sms že reklamace uznána nebyla. (Mikinu jsem přinesla ve čtvrtek večer a v neděli ráno mi sms přišla. Opravdu by mě zajímalo, kdo to o víkendu řešil.) Very unpleasant and reluctant saleswoman. I brought a sweatshirt for a claim that was apparently damaged by a manufacturing or material defect. The sweatshirt was supposed to be sent for verification, but it was never sent anywhere, only came to me that the complaint was not recognized. (I brought the sweatshirt on Thursday evening and sms came on Sunday morning. I really wonder who solved it on the weekend.)
