★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Brought the MSI laptop there three weeks ago, they told me they call after diagnostics, no one called, so I called after three weeks and they told me to pickup the laptop. They couldn't tell me what was the problem why screen wasn't working, said it's probably motherboard burnt or maybe chip inside, the guy said he doesn't know exactly what is wrong with laptop bc it's new model but they asked me to pay 300 czk for diagnostics and I paid it even though they didn't know what is wrong with laptop,and at the end they asked me that they can buy my laptop as spare parts for 2000 czk when I paid 65 000czk for my laptop few months ago.they didn't know how to repair it. If I wouldn't call them probably my laptop would just stay there and no one would call me. Very disapointing experience!
