Před několika týdny jsem navštívil jejich pobočku v Králově Poli a chtěl jsem si na svůj telefon nechat nalepit tvrzené sklo. Zaplatil jsem za něj skoro 500,- a bylo mi řečeno, že na něj mám 3 měsíce záruku, že mi jej okamžitě vymění, když nebude například sedět správně. Prodejce (jméno bohužel nevím, na účtence nebylo uvedeno) mi řekl, že ale musím přijít přímo za ním, že on bude vědět co s tím. Co osud nechtěl tak sklo se začalo asi po týdnu odlepovat, tak jsem šel do prodejny jej reklamovat. Prodejce, který mi ho lepil, tak tam nebyl, byly tam pouze dvě slečny a jedna z nich mi řekla, že mi sklo nemůžou reklamovat, jelikož jsem si ho prý lepil sám! Na moje námitky mi řekly, že si klidně můžu stěžovat, že prý na dokladu je jasně uvedeno, že mi sklo prodejce nelepil, tudíž nemám záruku. Slečna, se kterou jsem jednal byla velmi arogantní a nepříjemná. Nejsem člověk, který by se kvůli pár korunám hádal, tudíž jsem se otočil a odešel a NIKDY již v tomto obchodě nebudu nic nakupovat, jsou to podvodníci! I absolutely do not recommend this store !!! A few weeks ago, I visited their branch in Králové Pole and wanted to have tempered glass glued to my phone. I paid almost 500 for him, - and I was told that I have a 3-month guarantee that he will replace it immediately if, for example, it does not fit properly. The seller (unfortunately I don't know the name, it was not stated on the receipt) told me that I had to come directly to him, that he would know what to do with it. As far as fate did not want, the glass began to peel off after about a week, so I went to the store to complain about it. The seller who glued it to me was not there, there were only two girls and one of them told me that they could not complain about the glass, because I said it glued it myself! To my objections, they told me that I could easily complain that the document clearly stated that the seller's glass did not stick to me, so I have no guarantee. The young lady I was dealing with was very arrogant and unpleasant. I am not a person who would argue for a few crowns, so I turned around and left and I will NEVER buy anything in this shop anymore, they are fraudsters!
B	Beata Forbergerová on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Obchod nedoporučuji , velmi nesolidní jednání . Podobný problém s nalepenim ochranného skla. Při koupi a aplikaci ujistovani, ze sklo je sice dražší , ale ze účet slouží jako doklad při pripadne reklamaci . Sklo během 14 dnů prasklo , aniž by telefon spadl. Při reklamaci mi bylo řečeno , ze se to vztahuje jen na možné bublinky. Sami ještě přiznali, ze je sklo špatně nalezne, ale na to aby prasklo, to prý vliv nemá. Velmi arogantní prodavač. Určitě nedoporučuji. Již nikdy!!!!! I do not recommend the store, very indiscriminate behavior. A similar problem with gluing protective glass. Po příchodu domů jsem si všimla, že telefon je celý poškrábaný po obvodu, na sklíčku a používán od dubna 2021! tedy téměř rok. Odstoupení od smlouvy mi neumožnili. Nahlásila jsem vše na ČOI Brno a doufám, že co nevidět tuto firmu a její praktiky celkově prošetří. When I bought the Iphone 12 Pro, I was told that it was a 2-month-old unused piece without damage. Upon coming home, I noticed that the phone was all scratched around the perimeter, on the slide and used since April 2021! so almost a year. They did not allow me to withdraw from the contract. I reported everything to the CTIA Brno and I hope that they will investigate this company and its practices in general.

Na svých stránkách říkají jednu cenu, ale když je čas dát peníze za váš telefon, zavolají nějakému chlápkovi (nějakému idiotovi technikovi), který řekne jinou nižší cenu, aniž by zařízení viděl. Například váš telefon je na jejich webu za 5000 Kč, "geniální technik" řekne 4500 Kč. Bez udání důvodu, proč dávají o 500 Kč méně. Telefon v perfektním stavu (1 měsíc starý) s veškerým originálním příslušenstvím a v originální krabici. Velmi reálná rada, do Mobilprovas už nikdy nechoďte. Stačí jít na Mobil Pohotovost, když chcete něco prodat. Cena, kterou uvádějí na webu, je skutečná cena, kterou dají za vaše zařízení. Never sell your phone to these people. They are very bad. They say one price on their site, but when it's time to put money on your phone, they call a guy (an idiot technician) who says another lower price without seeing the device. For example, your phone is on their website for CZK 5,000, a "genius technician" says CZK 4,500. Without giving a reason why they give 500 CZK less. Phone in perfect condition (1 month old) with all original accessories and in the original box. Very real advice, never go to Mobilprovas again. Just go to Mobile Emergency if you want to sell something. The price they give on the web is the actual price they give for your device.

Jelikož ještě aktuálně čekám na dodání skla z internetu, chtěla jsem alespoň nějaké základní do té doby, dokud mi nedorazí z ciziny, což vysoký, blonďatý a docela odměřený pán u pokladny věděl. Absolutně mi nenabídl žádné varianty a možnosti výběru daného skla. Prostě jedno vybral, neřekl cenu (já se na ni nezeptala, protože jsem předpokládala, že když ví, že chci základní, že zvolí to nejlevnější nebo mi alespoň nabídne varianty, než to tam nalepí), což je naprosto běžný postup při komunikaci se zákazníkem v jakékoliv prodejně! ,navíc na mně viděl, že se v tom nevyznám. Ale on se mě na nic nezeptal. Absolutně se mnou nekomunikoval, po celou dobu byl odměřený a nesnažil se vůbec o to, aby mi vyšel v čemkoliv vstříc, s takovýmto přístupem jsem se ještě nikdy nesetkala. Jediné co mi nabízel bylo další nalepení ochranných skel na fotoaparát za 400,- což jsem odmítla a on namítal, že bych si to tam měla dát, působil při tom opět arogantně a jakoby nalíhal na další utracení peněz. Nebylo to vůbec příjemné. Po nalepení skla, kde po obou stranách vznikly bubliny mi teprve sdělil částku 618,-. Já byla v šoku za takto vysokou částku a prosila pána, jestli se s tím dá ještě něco dělat, načež odpověděl, že ne. Pod tímto nátlakem jsem tedy částku uhradila. Cítím se oklamaně. Prodejna je samozřejmě na úrovni, produkty jsou kvalitní, ale rozhodně nedoporučuji!! tohoto pána, na kterého jsem měla bohužel smůlu. Hrozně mě mrzí, jaký přístup k vám může někdo takto mít. The only thing he offered me was another gluing of protective glass to the camera for 400, - which I refused, and he objected that I should put it there, he was arrogant again and seemed to insist on spending more money. It wasn't pleasant at all. After gluing the glass, where bubbles formed on both sides, he just told me the amount of 618, -. I was shocked for such a large amount and asked the master if there was anything else to do with it, and he replied that no. Under this pressure, I therefore paid the amount. I feel deceived. The store is of course up to standard, the products are good, but I definitely do not recommend !! this gentleman, for whom I was unfortunately unlucky. I'm so sorry about how someone can have access to you like this. Terrible !!

After this month is finished, I got delay email twice to delay another few days. So I don't know if the items in their website already exists or I'm just wasting my time waiting my order!
