★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Přístup a ochota k zákazníkům je tristní. Člověk má pocit, že je obtěžuje a pokud se začne na něco vyptávat, tak dostane téměř vynadáno. Byla jsem tam již vícekrát, ale pokaždé je to stejné, chodím tam protože to mám po cestě z práce, ale po poslední návštěvě už dost, budu hledat jiný servis. Nikomu nedoporučuji!!!
The approach and willingness to customers is dismal. One feels that one is bothering them and if one starts asking questions, one gets almost scolded. I've been there several times, but it's always the same, I go there because I have it on the way home from work, but after the last visit, I've been looking for another service. I do not recommend it to anyone !!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Arogantní nepříjemná obsluha, měla jsem dát na recenze a ani sem nechodit. Ceny o 150% vyšší než na e-shopu, když se tomu jen upřímně podivíte, vysmějí se vám do obličeje a útočně odpoví, že musí platit energie atd. A když objednám na e-shopu s vyzvednutím v obchodě, tak mi dají úplně ten samý kus a najednou energie platit nemusí? S horším chováním jsem se ve službách ještě nesetkala, sem už nikdy.
Arrogant unpleasant staff, I should have given reviews and not even come here. Prices 150% higher than on the e-shop, if you just honestly wonder, they will laugh in your face and aggressively answer that they have to pay energy, etc. And when I order on the e-shop with a pick-up in the store, they will give me the very the same piece and suddenly the energy does not have to pay? I have never encountered worse behavior in the service, here again.
