L	Lydia Vatrtova on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ CK topfly je naozaj dobra.. ak teda hovorim o klamani zakaznika,arogancii sefa a este je dobra na jednu vec-rychle na nu zabudnut.. mimochodom,o mojich skusenostiach a nespokojnosti uz jedna sud,nariadil topfly preplatit celu nasu pokazenu dovolenku,tak mozeme objednavat konecne novu,ale urcite nie s touto cestovkou. myslim ze zmenit destinaciu,ubytovat do zahradneho domku plneho plesne a odpadkov okolo, naozaj nezodpovedalo 5hviezdickovemu hotelu. a to mlcim o delegatke,ktoru sme len poculi po telefone a ta nam oznamila,ze uz byvali ludia aj horsie... mimochodom bol to cyprus.. inak nadherny...takze dajte si pozor,pretoze topfly vam zmeni podmienkys a spolieha sa nato,ze vas to do konca dovolenkys prejde. ale nas to nepreslo,preto budu platit.. CK topfly is really good. we can finally order a new one, but certainly not with this trip. I think of changing the destination, staying in a garden house full of mold and garbage around, really didn't match a 5 star hotel. and I'm silent about the delegate we just heard on the phone and she told us that people used to be even worse ... by the way it was cyprus .. otherwise beautiful ... so be careful, because topfly will change your conditions and rely on that it will pass you by the end of the holiday. but it didn't work out for us, so I'll pay ..
J	Jan Novotný on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ V pátek večer jsme se vrátili s rodinou s touto cestovkou a můžu jen doporučit. Byla to nejlepší dovolená jakou jsme měli. Byli jsme v 4* Aquamarine v Bulharsku. Zaslané informace k odletu byly včas, delegátka Topfly rodilá Bulharka, mluvící česky, takže super, ještě nám poradila kam večer na nákupy. Děti se úžasně zabavili, můžeme jen doporučit :) On Friday evening we returned with my family with this travel and I can only recommend. It was the best vacation we had. We were in 4 * Aquamarine in Bulgaria. Sent information for departure was in time, delegate Topfly native Bulgarian, speaking Czech, so great, she still advised us where to buy in the evening. The children had a great time, we can only recommend :)

Zastihnout ho je nemožné a na 10 vzkazů o zavolání zpět nevolal ani jednou. Reklamaci zájezdu jsem nedořešil. Nikdo jiný není údajně toto řešit. Nedoporučuji. Very dissatisfied, I decided to write a comment because I did not like the approach of the executive director. It is impossible to catch him and he did not call once for 10 calls to call back. I did not solve the trip complaint. No one else is supposed to deal with this. I do not recommend.
A	Alena Sviráková on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Loni v září a v listopadu jsme byli s vaší cestovní kanceláří na dvou poznávacích zájezdech a to v Maroku a ve Spojených arabských emirátech. Byli jsme nadšeni z obou zájezdů. Jednak se nám líbila volba míst, která jsme mohli vidět, jejich uspořádání v programu zájezdu a hlavně jsme byli spokojeni s delegátkou Eliškou, která se nám maximálně věnovala a informovala nás o obrovském množství zajímavostí, souvisejících s navštěvovanými místy. Last September and November we were with your travel agency on two tours in Morocco and the United Arab Emirates. We were excited about both tours. First of all, we liked the choice of places we could see, their arrangement in the tour program and most of all we were satisfied with the delegate Eliška, who paid us the most and informed us about the huge amount of attractions related to the places visited.

Věc se táhne již druhým rokem.Dávám k soudu. I do not recommend. To date, they have not returned the selected deposit, less than 60,000 crowns, for the missed trip. Constantly lying and postponing money back. The matter is dragging on for the second year.
