b	barbara k on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I like the food concept but unfortunately the staff is a desaster; after my last bad experience I decided to give it another try today. In short: I spent 10 minutes with a young guy (16?) trying to enter my order to the cash register, he failed two times, asked one colleague then went to get the “chef” (behind me a long cue was building up), that girl finally opened the cash register and gave me 5 CZK change when I should get 50. During this painful procedure not one word of apologies or anything, when I asked for my change she first told me in a very unfriendly tone it was correct, then that it is not her fault but the machine which was when I gave up (my lunch break os only so long) and asked for my money back and left hungry. I am done with this chain - if you cannot get basic training for your staff then forget about regulars and rely on tourists. Sad.
K	Karen Tim on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I’ve taken salát s hovězími líčky (149kč), ice tea (49kč) and tomato soup (49kč). If you take the soup only it won’t be enough tho. So I’d recommend you to take the salat. It’s quite big, it’s not just leaves but a very soft meat + pepper + sauce Everything was super delicious. The staff was friendly as well. I’m satisfied

T	Tekla Kálmán on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lately I’m very disappointed in Ugo at Palladium (both the salad place and the fresh bar in the basement). Their customer service is so bad, every time they either don’t understand the request, either they mix orders, and most importantly, ingredients are missing (ex. toppings from cream soups, bread, nuts from salads, and so on), not to mention their portions becoming smaller and smaller every day. I really used to love this place, I think they offer a healthy alternative but I’ll just give up going there. [On the picture you can see a big portion of soup (?!) for take away...]

They have very tasty vegetarian soups, wraps and salads, both vegetarian and non-vegetarian. Also, there is a great selection of smoothies and fresh juices. It is possible to order food to take away. During lunch time on weekdays this place is quite crowded, but it is still possible to find a seat.

There's a seating area behind the counter separated from the busy food court, which I really enjoyed. The food was very tasty and filling, and I liked that they had some nice vegetarian options. Prices were good as well. Staff were friendly and my food arrived very quickly. Would come again!
