 Closed during business hours. Unnecessarily lost 30 minutes on the way with the package back and forth!

Upd: The problem is solved, they had a technical issue with a UPS device. But it doesn’t make my experience anyhow nicer and less nervous :)

Other UPS ACCESS locations are much better.
