Dokonce bych řekl, že jsou k tomu vedeni a že to je standardní postup.
The people who work for this company are not afraid to lie to customers directly in the eyes.
I would even say that they are encouraged to do so and that this is the standard procedure.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Byty sice vypadají pěkně při podpisu smlouvy, pak se ale začnou rozpadat a to už neřeší.
Pokud už musíte byt kupovat od těhle šarlatánů, přizvěte si před podpisem smlouvy minimálně 2 právníky a 3 stavaře. Ti totiž vady, které UDI zakryje poznají a vy ušetříte nejen peníze, ale i vaše zdraví.
Já toto neudělala a dodnes lituji. Jakoukoliv reklamaci zametou pod koberec a neřeší. Do toho neustále lžou.
The apartments look nice when signing the contract, but then they start to disintegrate and it does not solve it.
If you have to buy an apartment from these charlatans, invite at least 2 lawyers and 3 builders before signing the contract. They know the defects that UDI covers and you save not only money, but also your health.
I did not do this and I still regret it. Any complaint will be swept under the carpet and not addressed. They keep lying to it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Vše, na čem jsme se dohodli, bylo splněno. Mají v nabídce velmi pěkné a prakticky řešené byty za slušnou cenu. Ocenila jsem snahu vyjít vstříc různým individuálním přáním a hledat řešení. Jedinou drobnou výtku bych měla k pružnosti v komunikaci, ale jak jsem napsala výše, byt byl k předání do termínu a v dohodnuté kvalitě.
Everything we agreed on was fulfilled. They offer very nice and practically designed apartments for a decent price. I appreciated the effort to meet different individual wishes and look for solutions. The only small complaint I would have about the flexibility in communication, but as I wrote above, the apartment was to be handed over by the deadline and in the agreed quality.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nekvalitně postavené byty, arogance, odporné jednání.
Po celém bytě se pár měsíců po koupi začaly tvořit nechutné praskliny (viz. fotografie). To je podle UDI prý normální. Po konzultaci s opravdovými stavaři jsme zjistili, že byt je prostě postaven nekvalitně.
Takto si prostě člověk nepředstavuje byt za několik milionů.
Poorly built flats, arrogance, abominable behavior.
A few months after the purchase, disgusting cracks began to form all over the apartment (see photos). According to UDI, this is normal. After consulting with real builders, we found that the apartment is simply built poorly.
In this way one simply does not imagine an apartment worth several million.
