Prochází tudy spousta turistických značek, a dej bůh ještě většina smrkových porostů vykácena. Hlavním lákadlem zde je však NS Veřovické vrchy. vedoucí z Velkého Javorníka až do centra Valašského Meziříčí. Jak pro turistiku, tak pro procházku je toto pohoří ideální.
Nice, smaller mountain range suitable for short hiking - there is PR Trojačka, or Huštýn hill. Lots of tourist signs pass through here, and God forbid most of the spruce stands have been cut down. However, the main attraction here is NS Veřovické vrchy. leading from Velký Javorník to the center of Valašské Meziříčí. This mountain range is ideal for both hiking and walking.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Veřovické vrchy jsou severním předvojem Beskyd a táhnou se od Valmezu k Frenštátu. Nejvýznamnějším bodem je Velký Javorník se svojí rozhlednou. Celý hřeben se dá krásné projít po příjemné cestě vlní i se pohednotlivých vrcholech. Cesta střídavě klesá a stoupá. Většinový stromem jsou buky, které místy vytvářejí dojem pralesniho porostů. Jinde bohužel narazíte na velké vytěžené pásy lesa a části kde těžká technika zanechává nehezke stopy v krajině. Celé vrchy jsou protkane poměrně hustou sítí značených cest po kterých můžete sestoupit zpět do údolí. Mezi nejhezčí části rozhodně patří cadt s potokem Jičínská pramenící na úbočí vrchů ve výšce 630 metrů n m.
Veřovické vrchy are the northern vanguard of the Beskydy Mountains and stretch from Valmez to Frenštát. The most important point is Velký Javorník with its lookout tower. The whole ridge can be beautifully walked along a pleasant path with waves and evenly peaked peaks. The path alternately descends and ascends. The majority tree is beeches, which in places create the impression of forest stands. Elsewhere, unfortunately, you will come across large excavated strips of forest and parts where heavy machinery leaves ugly traces in the landscape. The whole hills are interwoven with a relatively dense network of marked paths along which you can descend back to the valley. One of the most beautiful parts is definitely the cadt with the Jičínská stream springing on the slopes of the hills at a height of 630 meters above sea level.
