Dům pro malíře Vincence Beneše, člena České akademie věd a umění, člena Mánesa a Osmy, navrhl architekt Pavel Janák a postaven byl v roce 1923. Použit zde byl oblíbený tzv. holandský styl s řezným zdivem. Dům je zajímavý i svým tvarem.
The house for painter Vincenc Beneš, a member of the Czech Academy of Sciences and Arts, a member of Mánes and Osma, was designed by architect Pavel Janák and was built in 1923. The popular so-called Dutch style with cutting masonry was used here. The house is also interesting in its shape.

The family house of the painter Vincenc Beneš was built according to the project of the architect Pavel Janák in the years 1923-24. The project received a building permit on October 17, 1923 and the finished house was approved on September 27, 1924. The builder was the Construction Cooperative of Fine Artists and Writers, the user was the painter Vincenc Beneš. Architect Janák was inspired by the sober Dutch architecture of red Dutch bricks. The house is interesting by cutting a part of the mass in the gable, which creates an asymmetrical roof. The sunny terrace above the studio is also interesting.
