★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tuto nádhernou vilu obklopenou vzrostlou zelení navrhl pro malíře Václava Špálu architekt Otakar Novotný, dům byl postaven v letech 1931-1932. Vila splňovala základní potřeby malíře, a to spojení obytné a pracovní funkce, tedy bydlení pro 5 člennou rodinu a ateliér. Předlohou byla holandská architetura z režného zdiva.
 This beautiful villa surrounded by greenery was designed for the painter Václav Špála by architect Otakar Novotný, the house was built in 1931-1932. The villa met the basic needs of the painter, namely the combination of residential and work functions, ie living for a family of 5 and a studio. The model was Dutch gray masonry architecture.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Budova zvenku v zachovalém stavu, udržována zahrádka. Je skvělé, že něco takového nechátrá jak je bohužel často v Praze zvykem.
Stavba samotná zajímavá, avšak ne zas tak úplně jedinečná.
Building on the outside in good condition, maintained garden. It is great that something like this is not decaying, as is often the case in Prague.
The building itself is interesting, but not so completely unique.
