★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tuto nádhernou vilu, postavenou v letech 1926 - 1927, míjíte tramvají směrem na Petřiny. Architekt Bohumil Hubschmann, po válce užíval jméno Hypšman, postavil tuto vilu pro sebe a svoji rodinu. Ploché střechy, strohé průčelí, určitá čistota tvarů, to je to, co tuto vilu charakterizuje. A také nádherný detail - diamantové plechové pásy pod střechou. Krásně viniká také díky rohové poloze na konci či chcete-li na počátku ulice U laboratoře. Nádherné dílo naší prvorepublikové architektury.
 This beautiful villa, built between 1926 and 1927, passes by tram to Petřina. Architect Bohumil Hubschmann, after the war, used the name Hypshman, built this villa for himself and his family.
