★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Quite a letdown. You have to pay an extra fee to take photos. I paid the photo fee. But THEN I discovered you cannot actually go into the library rooms without pre-booking/paying for a private tour. You can only look in from behind a barrier. There are some interesting things on display in the hallway area, but what you get with your basic ticket was not worth the fee, in my opinion.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ What do you expect buying a ticket to library full of ancient books with a photo of misterious hall on the front page? Perhaps, you look forward to wandering ancient aisles, inhaling aroma of ancient history? So, forget about it. You are not allowed to actually enter the library and you can only look at few completely unrelated exhibits on the side gallery, the whole thing is just a complete fraud

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ You cannot enter the actual library and you will have to wait in line to see the rooms through a door, from the distance. You receive an information sheet at the entrance. Was ok, but not exactly a must see in Prague. We considered it expensive for what it had to offer.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Book a reservation for a private tour BEFOREHAND if you want, and you will def want, to enter the main rooms. Otherwise you will have to stand outside the Halls and crying like I did, because it was my dream to visit this awarded top of the world library, and I had to see it from the outside. All staff members were very polite to us except one lady who, I swear to Cthulu, could whip me if she could. I personally find that the price of 5 euros is worth it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Interesting place to visit with the family. You could make nice pictures of the library. But visitors can’t really get closer to the bookshelf’s at the price of standard admission. There is also a collection of natural history artifacts on the same floor. It provides some food for the curious minds.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ do NOT go here. it was a tourist trap and I wish I had seen these reviews beforehand. you have to pay extra for photos, cant even go inside the library room itself, and the workers were so rude. they tell you cant go inside after buying the tickets. you stand there in front a barricade blocked off from the library. don’t go- save your time and money.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is a tourist trap, just avoid it. My visit was like this, you enter and as soon as you are going to buy the tickets, a lady warns you that you'll only be able to see the library from the doors, and not to be disappointed for it.
So the fee is 150 czk with an additional 50 czk if you want to take pictures inside. Once you get in, you're presented with a hallway with two doors, where you can see a glimpse of the library, that's all. Even then, the worst part was that workers from the building were just walking around freely and getting into the rooms while us visitors couldn't go through the doors.
Just don't go, I didn't go to Klementinum as I don't like guided tours, but if you have to choose between one of the two libraries, the answer is easy.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worth of every moment. You can buy ticket for the library at the place but if you want to enter the library you must pre-reserve A visit with a guide which is paid around 20€ per person. Inside of the library you can see two library holes in they are absolutely retake.
