★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No vale la pena. Lugar con dos salas preciosas llenas de libros que solo puedes mirar desde la puerta, en ningún caso entrar. Pagar 120 coronas para echar esa ojeada en 5 minutos no vale la pena. Es más, ni siquiera puedes tirar fotos si no es que... pagas 50 coronas más.
Not worth it. Place with two beautiful rooms full of books that you can only look from the door, in no case enter. Paying 120 crowns to take that look in 5 minutes is not worth it. What's more, you can't even take photos if you don't ... pay 50 crowns more.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 入館料は現金のみ。館内の撮影は別料金です。現金の持ち合わせがなければ西に徒歩数分のところにATMと両替機があります。館内のツアーは予約制のようですが、そちらはおもしろそうです。ツアーではなく、ただ見にいくだけなら写真で見たほうが夢が広がるかもしれません。
Admission fee is cash only. Shooting inside the building is an extra charge. If you don't have cash, there are ATMs and currency exchange machines just a few minutes walk west. The tour in the building seems to require reservations, but it seems interesting. If you're just going to see it, not just a tour, it might be better to see it with photos.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Samozrejme bylo zavreno. Ale nadvori a okoli PNP jsou krasne. Moc se nam tu libilo.
Of course it was closed. But the courtyards and the surroundings of PNP are beautiful. We really liked it here.

The National Literature Memorial at Strahov has over 6 million archive units in the Literary Archives, 600,000 volumes in the library and 250,000 objects in art collections in the territory of the Czech Republic from 1775 to the present. The memorial is set up in order to collect, permanently store collections of a museum nature and make these available to the public. It also has a rich archive with the legacy of the leading Czech writers.
The Monument of National Literature in Strahov has about 6 million archive units in the Literary Archive, 600,000 volumes in the library and 250,000 objects in art collections in the Czech Republic from 1775 to the present. The memorial is established for the purpose of acquiring, collecting, permanently preserving and making accessible to the public collections of a museum nature. It also has a rich archive of the estates of our leading writers.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I saw pictures of this place online before visiting - and knew I wanted to photograph the library. It is 500 CZK per person to get in and an additional 200 for the right to take photos. We had come all the way, so I paid the extra to take the photos. Our entire visit was maybe 15-20 minutes. There isn't a ton to see, and the 2 main libraries are both roped off, so you can only photograph from the entrance. We were in Prague for 5 days, so we had time to see it - but I don't know it would be worth the price to all visitors.
