Velká spokojenost. Potřebovala jsem vysvětlit a poradit s pár věcmi a pan Petr, co mě obsluhoval byl velmi milý a trpělivý. Poskytl veškeré informace a vytiskl mi plnou moc, čímž mi dost ulehčil práci. Byla jsem na prodejně v UL 3.10. 2021 cca 10:30. Radost potkávat takovou obsluhu.
Great satisfaction. I needed to explain and advise on a few things, and Mr. Petr, who served me, was very kind and patient. He provided all the information and printed out my power of attorney, which made my job much easier. I was at the store in UL 3.10. 2021 approx. 10:30. A pleasure to meet such a staff.

Už jen ta čekaci doba je velice dlouha, pouze dve pokladny. Bohuzel i prodejce musi umet zakaznika odkazat na jinou pomoc, kdyz se jedna o telefon, nikoliv sluzby s nim spojene. Kvuli tomu 30 min cekani na vic. Tuto pobocku jen v pripade velke nouze

Находится в торговом центре Форум. Медленное обслуживание. Я когда то 30 минут в очереди стояла, хотя было два ассистента и всего лишь три человека. Сейчас сделали экран и автоматическую очередь. Но лучше не стало. Если хотите изменить какие то функции и не будете знать пароль с для входа в систему ( это самое первое смс, которое вы получили при регистрации номера телефона), то вам скажут что ничего изменить не могут! Но это ложь!! Просто не хотят заморачиваться!
Located in the mall Forum. Slow service. I once stood 30 minutes in the queue, although there were two assistants and only three people. Now made the screen and automatic queue. But it did not get better. If you want to change some functions and will not know the password to log in to the system (this is the very first SMS you received when registering a phone number), then you will be told that they can not change anything! But this is a lie !! Just do not want to bother!

Vrácení zařízení přes tuto pobočku se nezdařilo. Respektive bylo na zdejší pobočce vrácené, přesto je po mě Vodafone stále požaduje. Dovolat se na pobočku nejde. Nejsem zdejší, ale bude mě bohužel čekat opětovná osobní návštěva na pobočce. Už teď se netěším :-(
Failed to return device through this branch. Respectively, they were returned at the local branch, yet Vodafone still demands them from me. You can't call the branch. I am not here, but unfortunately I will have a personal visit to the branch again. I'm not looking forward anymore :-(

Zanechávám vskutku nešťastné ba oprávněné hodnocení 1 hvězda. Slečna, která se nás ujala byla kyselá jak citrónek. Náš problém vyřešit nedokázala, zkušenější spolupracovnívći byly na dovolené, a tak nás posílala pryč, že nedokáže pomoci, ALE vyřeší naše dotazy se zkušenějším manažerem, až se vrátí z dovolené a bude nás kontaktovat. Vzhledem k jejímu výrazu a způsobu jednání by se toto dalo ještě hraničně přijmout. Avšak v moment, kdy jsme si vyžádali její kontakt, kdyby se neozvala, začala planě ujišťovat, že naše číslo má uložené v systému a tam ho přeci vidí, že určitě zavolá. Jak jinak skutek utek :) Odpověď na komentář vlastníka: Dobrý den, Martino, odkaz, který sdílíte ani nefunguje s error kódem 500, tedy interní chyba na straně vašeho zprostředkovávajícího serveru. Na povrch chcete vypadat, že dbáte na zpětnou vazbu, ale ve skutečnosti sdílíte dokonce nefunkční odkaz. To hovoří samo za sebe. Kontaktujte své IT oddělení.
I leave a really unfortunate and even justified 1 star rating. The young lady who took us in was sour like lemon. She couldn't solve our problem, more experienced co-workers were on vacation, so she sent us away that she couldn't help, BUT she would solve our questions with a more experienced manager when he returned from vacation and would contact us. Given its expression and way of acting, this could still be accepted across the border. However, the moment we requested her contact, if she did not answer, she began to reassure her that her number was stored in the system, and she could see him there, that she would call. How else do you run away :) Response from the owner's comment: Hello Martin, the link you are sharing does not work with error code 500, an internal error on the part of your referral server. On the surface, you want to look like you care about feedback, but you actually even share a broken link. That speaks for itself. Contact your IT department.

Futuristic looking shop. Unfortunately since my last visit it has been moved and nowhere is direction or even note where it is. It took me over ten minutes to find it. Guys inside where busy so I couldn't try their helpfulness.

This review is about vodafone in general. According to their statistics I've used 70gb of data in a week, which does not correspond with windows statistics. I know this issue has been around with b3000 routers in Germany and UK. When I brought the issue to their attention they told me there's nothing they can do and I should call their customer service. After 30 minutes of trying to reach them I got hang up on. The other lady promised to report the issue to tech support who took 3 whole days to came up with the following response: "the data has been used, but we don't know when and where". Basically they're telling me there's nothing they can do but charge me with all the data I haven't used.
