Po měsíci se centrála hlásí o zaslání telefonu, i když byl předán na prodejnu již 30.6. Unfortunately, workers who could not even take the phone back and cancel the contract. After a month, the headquarters reports that the phone has been sent, even though it was handed over to the store on 30 June.
C	Commonerka23 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dnes jsem navstivila tuto pobocku s tim, ze jsem si chtela nechat po predchozi konzultaci (s ochotnym panem) zridit tarif na naomezena data i s novym telefonem. Bohuzel jsem tam narazila na jineho pana, kteremu kdyz jsem rekla o tarifu a telefonu, s tim, ze vaham mezi dvema telefony, zda by me s tim nemohl poradit(ani nevedel mezi jakymi vaham) , tak rekl, ze at si vyberu sama, ze on je pouzivat nebude a ze telefon s androidem neni pro nej telefon a zamaval mi jeho applem pred ocima.. Je hezke ze je verny fanousek apple, ale mozna by tohle mel separovat od prace kde je vetsina telefonu co nabizi android.... Takze jsem z prodejny odesla bez niceho.. Jedine proc nedavam 1 hvezdu je to, ze mi rekl, jaky den tam bude kolega.. Fakt ochota :( Uz jsem to fakt chtela mit zrizene a novy telefon.. Today I visited this branch with the fact that I wanted to have a tariff for limited data with a new phone set up after a previous consultation (with a willing gentleman). Unfortunately, I came across another gentleman who, when I told me about the tariff and the phone, with the fact that I weighed between two phones, if he could not advise me (he didn't even know between what weights), and he said that I would choose myself, that he will not use them and that the phone with the android is not a phone for her and he waved his app to me in front of my eyes .. It's nice that he is a loyal fan of Apple, but maybe he should separate this from the work where most of the phone offers android .... So I left the store without anything .. The only reason I do not give 1 star is that he told me what day a colleague will be there .. Real willingness :( I really wanted to have a set up and a new phone ..

Працівникам в сервісних центрах обслуговування потрібно брати приклад з керівництва, хоча є і досить професійні працівники які добре консультують але їх мало. В цьому пункті мені приходилося два рази спілкуватися лише з одним і тим самим дійсно професіоналом який максимально міг мені порадити. THANKS to Vodafone management for the opportunity to communicate with family in Ukraine at this difficult time. Employees in service centers need to follow the example of management, although there are quite professional workers who provide good advice but few. At this point, I had to communicate twice with only one and the same really professional who could give me maximum advice.
