Admission is 50 CZK for adults and 30 CZK for children. At the box office is a very nice gentleman who has recommended (Sunday, 12h) to see how the bell tower rings with bells, which is definitely worth it.

According to chronicles in 1488, the church of Saints Peter and Paul was expanded by the construction of a bell tower. However, due to its location it was used not only for purely religious purposes, but also as a watchtower. Being on top of the hill provided an excellent overview of the surroundings from the observation deck of the bell tower itself, which made it possible to timely notice the approach of unfriendly armed detachments. From an architectural point of view, the bell tower is made in the Baroque style. The tetrahedral tower stands out for its large elongated windows, and its corners are decorated with inserts of dark stone. Towers are built below the faceted dome in the corners with their domes repeating the shape of the main one. Narrow loopholes allow you to explore the surrounding area from a 40-meter height. The total height of this structure exceeds 60 meters. According to researchers, the first bells for the church of Saints Peter and Paul were cast in 1410 in Prague. However, they did not survive the fire of 1681. Nine years later, in 1690, three new bells were raised on the church tower, two of which have survived to this day. The surviving bells have their own names - "Saints Peter and Paul" and "Saints Wenceslas and Ludmila." In 1993, the third bell was raised to the tower instead of the lost one. Inside the tower, an iron spiral staircase is mounted, on which you can climb to the upper floors and enjoy picturesque views.
