About Zámek Lešany
Zámek byl přestavěn ze staršího sídla v pol. 16. stol. Po roce 1683 získala budovu kapitula sv. Víta na Pražském hradě a dala zámku nynější čtyřkřídlou podobu. Kapitula vlastnila zámek až do konce druhé světové války. Roku 1949 byl zámek zestátněn a až do 90. let 20. století patřil místnímu zemědělskému družstvu. V prosinci 1996 koupil od obce zámek Ladislav Truhlář, který sídlu doslova vdechl nový život.
Zámek dnes slouží jako penzion. Je ale vhodným místem pro uspořádání různých společenských akcí jako jsou svatby, oslavy, večírky, promoce, firemní akce aj. Od září 2013 nabízíme i celoroční prohlídky nově zrekonstruovaného zámeckého objektu, kaple a místnosti s zrestaurovanými freskami z roku 1758 od autora Jana Václava Spitzera.
Zámek v Lešanech nikdy nebyl podporován státními dotacemi. Ladislav Truhlář s rodinou do zámku investovali (a nadále investují) všechen svůj čas a finanční prostředky. Pokoje, kde se můžete nyní ubytovat nebo třeba prostory dnešní recepce, baru, ale i zámecký park byly postupně rekonstruovány a upravovány rukama nynějšího majitele a jeho rodiny.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It is not far to Prague from here so for those who love nature and peace it is a good place to overnight and the next day discover the city. The Pension is great situated in a historic building. Offers good food, beer, some entertainment. The staff is friendly and very helpful. Because the place is big with many rooms it may happen that the bathroom is not completely clean. Despite of that it is still worth to visit and book a place.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Low standard, although it was clean. Both beds were very old squeeking with broken structure. We woke up with a back pain. The staff was not very pro-customer oriented.. we felt like we annoyed them with any extra requirement.. I felt like I was back in days.. back to communist time.

The soothing singing of birds during the day and the croaking of frogs in the evenings.Very friendly staff, delicious breakfast.The owner himself conducts tours of the castle in Czech. A place where you want to come back to take a complete break from the hustle and bustle.
