 Spiral yoga with Jana is absolutely great. Jana tries to approach everyone individually and she succeeds. I can recommend it to everyone. :)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Jóga s Janou to jsou vzácné chvíle, kdy vím, že dělám něco důležitého pro sebe. Dokonalé protažení celého těla a naprosté vyčištění mysli. Je to energie, ze které čerpám po zbytek týdne. Pokaždé se tam těším, bez ohledu na momentální náladu či únavu. Jana je skvělá lektorka s laskavým přístupem a smyslem pro humor. Na lekcích je příjemná přátelská atmosféra.
Yoga and Jana are rare times when I know I'm doing something important to myself. Perfect stretching of the whole body and complete purification of the mind. It's the energy I draw from for the rest of the week. I'm always looking forward to it, regardless of the current mood or fatigue. Jana is a great teacher with a kind attitude and a sense of humor. The lessons have a pleasant friendly atmosphere.
