★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sestra na ordinaci je opravdu protivná a nepříjemná, volala jsem kvůli kontrole a ani jsem nakonec kontrolu neobjednala protože už jenom po telefonu, bylo to naprosto katastrofa!
The nurse at the surgery is really annoying and unpleasant, I called for an inspection and I didn't even order an inspection in the end because it was just over the phone, it was a complete disaster!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ sestra je neskutečně nepříjemná, doktorka ne o moc méně. čekání v prázdné čekárně asi 45 minut, vybavení asi 50 let staré.
the nurse is incredibly uncomfortable, the doctor not much less. waiting in an empty waiting room about 45 minutes, equipment about 50 years old.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Chaos! Byl jsem objednan na 8. hodinu ranni, jeste v 8:50 jsem cekal v ordinaci, kdy si lekarky prebiraly karty pacientu zpusobem, ktery neodpovidal ani casu prichodu ci objednani pacienta. Byl jsem vysetrovan jinou lekarkou nez k te, ke ktere jsem se objednal. Prisel jsem konzultovat kontaktni cocky, lekarka mi sice oci vysetrila, ale co se tyka kontaktnich cocek, mel jsem se pry objednat do optiky a pripravit si 500 Kc poplatek. Ocekaval jsem lepsi servis ??
Chaos! I was ordered for 8 o'clock in the morning, still at 8:50 I was waiting in the surgery, when the doctors took over the patient's cards in a way that did not even correspond to the time of arrival or order of the patient. I was examined by a doctor other than the one I ordered. I came to consult the contact lenses, the doctor examined my eyes, but as for the contact lenses, I had to order an optician and prepare a 500 CZK fee. I expected better service ??
