★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Neprofesionální přístup, při opravě čelního skla poškodili vozidlo a ještě se hádali. Museli jsme nakonec jít na fotky, které fotili pro pojišťovnu, kde poškození nebylo.
 Unprofessional approach, when repairing the windshield damaged the vehicle and still argued. We finally had to go to the pictures they took for the insurance company, where the damage was not.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Celkem úsměvný zážitek. Po telefonu dohodnuta výměna čas cca 3-4hod s tím že si na opravu mohu počkat. Na zákazníky kteří chtějí čekat ale nejsou dost dobře nachystaní. A tak jsem si následně nechal přivést náhradní auto. Pointa je v tom že jsou schopni to okno vyměnit do 2 hod od příjezdu (tel. asi po hodině co jsem odjel). Když budou mít stolek a dostatek židlí a nabídnou kávu a televizi tak si příště počkám.
Quite a smiling experience. Exchange time agreed over the phone about 3-4 hours, with the proviso that I can wait for the repair. But they are not well prepared for customers who want to wait. So I had a spare car brought. The point is that they are able to replace the window within 2 hours of arrival (phone about an hour after I left). If they have a table and enough chairs and offer coffee and television, I'll wait next time.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Jsem velmi spokojen s přístupem pracovníků na pracovišti CARGLASS Brno. Poskytli mi skvělý termín pro výměnu čelního skla. Automobil můžu zase po krátké době od události plně používat.
I am very satisfied with the approach of the employees at the CARGLASS Brno workplace. They gave me a great time to replace the windshield. I can fully use the car again after a short time since the event.
