★ ★ ★ ★ ★ bohužel špatná zkušenost, přinesl jsem si vlastni nové rámečky do kterých měli vyrobit drahá skla Transitions. Všechno vypadalo velmi profesionálně, paní změřila co mohla. Jenže mi rámečky za 4000Kč zlomili. Oni nebo jejich dodavatel, to je mi celkem jedno. A místo aby se omluvili a nějak to řešili, tak mě obvinili z toho, že jsem je tak přinesl. Prasklina, že nelze přehlédnout do půlky obruby. Otřesný přístup, dělat ze zákazníka blbce. Tak tady mě už nikdo neuvidí.
unfortunately a bad experience, I brought my own new frames in which to make expensive Transitions glass. Everything looked very professional, the lady measured what she could. But they broke the frames for 4000 CZK. They or their supplier, I don't care. And instead of apologizing and solving it somehow, they accused me of bringing them that way. A crack that can't be overlooked in the middle of the edging. Horrible attitude, making the customer a jerk. So no one will see me here again.
