Don't buy anything here, the store doesn't communicate, undelivered paid goods, it hasn't returned the money, it doesn't respond to complaints.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Velice špatná komunikace - na vyřízení reklamace skrz jejich webový formulář čekám už více jak 3 týdny bez jakékoliv odezvy na mail nebo telefon. Pokud mou reklamaci začnou řádně řešit tak recenzi změním. Edit, konečně mám odpověď na email, omluvili se za čekání a vyřídili reklamaci - zvyšuji hodnocení.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Naprosto nulová komunikace, telefon nikdo nebere, hlasové schránky mají plné, ani za měsíc zboží nedorazilo, na emaily nikdo nereaguje, na reklamaci pro navrácení peněz přišla odpověď o číslo účtu, které přitom mají a opět se nic neděje. Jednoznačně nejhorší e-shop, se kterým jsem kdy měl zkušenost, určitě když už by někdo nakupoval, nikdy ne platba predem
Absolutely zero communication, no one answers the phone, their voicemails are full, the goods have not arrived in a month, no one responds to the emails, the complaint for the refund came about the answer to the account number they have and again nothing happens. Definitely the worst e-shop I have ever had experience with, certainly when someone would shop, never pay in advance
